Gore: Depictions of violence, detailed depictions of flesh/blood during final conflict chapters (enough to traumatize a character). Both the male lead and the antagonist can be cruel to their enemies and graphic descriptions such as a severed head appears as early as Chapter 1.

Yandere: The male lead (ML) exhibits yandere behaviors such as possession/obsession + brief episodes of violence, but does not overstep his bottom line or force the main character (MC) into nonconsensual relations. There are very mild elements of dubcon since he is in a position of power over the MC, but this eases as the story develops. He also briefly confines the MC, but it is (surprisingly) done for MC’s mental health.

PTSD: The MC has lingering traces of trauma from a long-term sickness and is severely triggered once in story by excessive blood, violence, and gore. The story does depict his recovery process past this trauma with the help of the ML.
