The author is serious when she says the focus is on raising cubs. The love interest doesn’t even show up until more than 200 chapters in!
Also, you can probably tell that it’s quite angsty at the start. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of sweet, sweet fluff afterwards (with occasional angst sprinkled in, hehe).
I have, to the best of my ability, picked phonetically similar English equivalents to the many Western-style Chinese names (ex. 西瑞尔 – Xavier, 诺顿 – Norton, 格兰斯 – Grantz).
To be honest, this novel scratched an itch I didn’t know existed. I haven’t been able to find anything like it so far. Every day at noon, I drop whatever I’m doing and read the latest update with bated breath (*/▽ \ *)
