- The pink cover has a pun where it’s supposed to have “Mr. Yuan” from the title, it says “Mr. O” because a circle in Chinese has the same pronunciation as “Yuan” and it can also be seen as “Mr. 0” (as in the number zero) to indicate that he’s a bottom.
- Also on the pink cover, where it says “tài”, it’s above the character “not” from the “not happy/unhappy”. When replacing the character, it changes the title to “Mr. Yuan is Always Too Happy”~
