Amazing execution overall, amazing main characters and I didn’t expect the switch of roles when they romance each other but XiYang CAN top Rian just fine lol. If one day we the rainbow people got transmigrated into another world that has magic, THIS book is the guideline lol and I love the implication to the related ideas very much. For now I reached chapter 198 and so must wait for more, but I’m not impatient. Overall rating is 9/10 (that minus 1 because this novel is still ongoing lol).

XiYang is a man through and through despite his original physical constitutions and you write him as masculine (unlike normal BL where the MC is male but still behave quite feminine as if it’s a female reader or writer projecting themselves into a character that happened to be male), so I appreciate that. The best part of this is how Cassiopeia grows up better and helps his cause and then inspired him to go full male right down to his DNA levels. That gene therapy idea is amazing especially when magic is involved and XiYang is already one step closer to finish it himself.
