  10. Oh my gosh! This is classic nature vs nurture! Because he was treated horribly in his previous life, he grew a dark ability. Because Nie Yi treated him like a prince, his ability became light. Light and dark are on opposing sides of the same spectrum. His ability had the potential to become either and his emotions influenced which end of the spectrum it would become.

    That’s why he had a dark ability in his previous life and a light ability in this one.

Like fuck, chill even if he’s a dark ability user, as long as he didn’t harm you why in the fucking hell do you want to kill him? And then there’s also people who started calling him a sinner for killing people that wanted a piece of his flesh. Him killing everyone was understandable heh 😃🔪🔪

  13. I think his darkness ability had more to do with being bitten by zombies before he awoke in the previous life. Or like he said, the contract between them (maybe sharing of feelings, blood, and burden made it light). Anyway, what I hate most about YXG is that he decided in that pea brain of his that the dark lord was responsible for everything and that somehow killing him would get rid of the apocalypse, when QJC was just as much, if not more at the mercy of the apocalypse and especially its people. It’s people like him who have no problem using Him as a panacea but cry monster when He fights back that are the true monsters and the underlying cause for so many deaths.

  14. Him being meant to awaken into a light ability user explain a lot of things: Hating zombies, feeling nauseous at the smell of darkness and at eating contaminated food, being extremely sensitive towards the dark energy, but also towards other’s abilities.

    If he really were to be a dark ability user, he would have felt comfortable and ‘at home’ with the zombies and dark energy, but he always disliked it.

    • Also, that explains why even high-level zombies fear him, they obviously flee his light ability and are scared of him cause… Well, they are dark and he’s light…

      And him liking things as animals and children so much, let’s not forget his little lettuce, he always liked to be surrounded by people and living things!
