  3. Luffa is good making into clear soup… cut into small pieces . put a bit of salt and black pepper.. a bit of chicken/anchovies/vegetables stock. Walla a good veggie soup is done

  5. In malaysia we called it petola. Not all of those taste good. If you lucky, u get those sweet, soft petola. But if u unlucky, u get the bitter, hard ones. But yes, it is really nice.

  10. lol we eat this but i didn’t know it’s called luffa in English. It tastes good boiled, but doesn’t really have a savoury taste.

  11. luffa can be eaten specially delicious in misua soup 😋 , but when it matures it becomes bath sponge
