  1. Idol Wei is so thoughtful, coming in with that needed emotional maneuver on his brother’s behalf, truly amazing.

    • Yes! I’m glad he asked Long Shouning about her side of it and was perceptive enough to to help them avoid some unnecessary struggle. I love her reaction to finding out how humble President Wei really is when it comes to her.

    • It was originally outlined to be about 80, with extras to bring it up to 100. (probably five extras of four?) But then, things got out of hand and now (I’m still finishing some stuff) we’re at 88, and my best guess is we’ll end up finished in the mid to late 90s, not including extras.

  2. I read “this is the last” and my heart stopped. Don’t bully me with that kind of sentences QAQ But thank you for those seasonally inappropriate chapters. They made me feel fresh and soft (:3 」∠)

  3. The Spring Festival Chapters were so cute and wholesome-

    Thank you so much 🥺

Question: what is something small, that psychologically impacted you, although it really wasn’t important at all

    OR

Do you remember a situation that still has you going “how tf did that even happen?”

  4. I want a like button or some happy emojis at the end of each chapter to send my appreciation as I miss out on typing a comment on every single chapter

  5. I’m seeing future New Years where everyone learns to expect Yue Fei’s Eggs Benedict for 6 as a new tradition.

After the wedding, Wei Qiwan and Long Shouning will be able to share a room for Wei family holidays, right? So, can Wei Qing and Yue Fei share a room if they get married overseas or do an adult adoption?

  6. Hey writer, I would love to see your writing style applied to a cultivation novel. Have you ever written one ? Thanks

    • This is my first novel– but there is a cultivation one in the works. Honestly, I need a little more time to approach the research involved in that, but I would like to write one at some point. That being said, my first fully-finished work was for MDZS so I definitely plan to return to that sort of story (but with original characters this time), in the future.

Thanks so much for reading and for all the comments you’ve been leaving!
