2. This… Poor Lu Tao and Shi Qing changed the plot so much, I dislike the way he dealt with this world. Also, why is the ML so possessive in this world. Am I just pissed for no reason??????? XDD

   • It’s probably the trait that this world has for him? Like in each world he has a special trait that defines him, it said so in the second arc.

     But his scene reminds me of ‘reborn with the enemy on the day of our marriage.’

More than the ML, i think the mc is being a little inconsistent in his portrayal i cant tell if he is shy or forceful, oblivious or scheming, tsundere violent, or overly doting……

     • I think that’s the point of it. Humans can’t be described by just one singular adjective so it’s quite realistic for the writer to create the chsracters in a way that their personality can’t be easily described in a few words

30. Well i really like this chapter, it made me understand why some ship are not for me. Like for example, in SV fanon ship Qijiu. I think Shen Jiu would feel the same as Zhui Junli here, he wouldn’t like the pity from ppl (prideful). As much as Shen Jiu yearned for the past, he never allowed himself to be vulnerable in front of Yue Qingyuan, yet YQ coddled him and it translates as pity, YQ just didn’t understand SJ.
