Ow I felt kind of sad for Lan Yan, but at least he played for his last year and had a peaceful retirement, I wish him and magic Xi happiness, the detail of the brooch was bittersweet and also made me love him more, he was one of the little characters that was able to accept when someone else took his place and make rational choices in accordance without hating, love how sensible and kind he is!

  16. I can’t believe LY was made into a substitute again. ;_; Glad he’s happy but it makes sort of pointless changing teams if he’s just going to retire after some games.

  17. It is realistic though QAQ lost to MQ. Even MQ lost to YEY in squad category. It is not that easy to surprass something. Lan Yan already average in peak and below than most at low time. While MQ had stably contending with YEY trying to topple YEY but still unsuccessful. If anything, QAQ should get a seasoned retired player as coach because they seems to have coach already but no explosive result before. With Lan Yan, Bunny got many highlights. Since there are new bloods sought, I felt they better change coach or get another seasoned player like Lan Yan to boost their glaring disadvantage which is experience. It is a pity but Lan Yan had done his best and retired with satisfaction able to play one more season than you know.

I do get what you’re saying about QAQ fighting back against MQ, but at the end of the day, MQ was overall stronger and more aggressive than QAQ who hid and looked for opportunities, so it doesn’t surprise me that MQ won instead. I kinda just feel it was natural? Anyways, it’s nice to see Lan Yan and Magic Xi with the CLM members. Hoping this friendship lasts forever 🥺💕
