  1. Didn’t these players do any research or analysis on other teams before the competition? Any skilled coach would also research the international opponents for an international match.. it seems a bit illogical. Also never heard of a system where there are 8 matches, that’d be way too taxing on the players and boring for the viewers =v=; (the previous selection part, that is). The most I’ve seen is best of five, so playing at least 3 matches and at most 5. So strange. Maybe the author isn’t very familiar with her chosen genre?

      wait 8 matches? I didn’t read 8 matches anywhere… isn’t it the same 3 match every mode? (though for com it’s still very taxing since same players play it)

      • It should be 5 matches max… With elimination round match, semi finals and finals some have some resurrection match… And it will be best of 3 out of 5 matches… But this one the author exaggerated it a bit with 8 matches so some tid bits and needs to be highlight weren’t written. We should have the globals early on if there weren’t too much rounds and solo, duo squad match.. mostly with this they go with duo and squad or squad matches only… The author spent too much time on other arcs and matches where that was supposed to be shortened and increased the battle on global. Cause that was there goal… i was just a bit disappointed with how the author waste chapters on things that can be shortened and things that supposed to be highlighted

      • They played 8 matches for every mode; solo, duo and squad. These matches determined their cumulative kills and rank.[(8matchesx3modes) ÷ 4matches carried per day = 6 days of competing]. They did 2 matches morning break 2 matches more. The author justified it as league wanted to ascertain true strength, if only one match there might be element of luck which is bs for me 😅. 8 matches are honestly over the top. And indeed. To not do research that Momo=Mac, how bad author wanted to bash country A lol.

        • Lol true, also it’s not like Americans live under a rock, I’m not surprised if more than a few people nibbled on the MoXi CP/knew about Mo Chen’s username change

    And those foreign players are so stupid, but I think the author is to blame for that. I can understand it as a funny element, but this would seriously never happen in reality, right? Not knowing a name change or that XiXi was holding back in the warm up? I did find it funny I guess, but this makes non-Chinese (players) look dumb and THAT I don’t like.

  11. Um, author forgot that Wen Xi has pretty good English in an earlier chapter, if he’s forgotten it so quickly, please take him to the dr🙃

    • Lol. But maybe Wen Xi’s English is for Chinese speaker. Like even if you are good in English, if you aren’t native speaker, you will have problem with hearing (accent, pace and intonation) since it is different from how you usually heard it in your native country.

  12. I don’t think they outed Ai Zhe and Blue Wolf ah. That kind of post is the same as Jiang Xinyi’s analysis post of Wen Xi’s archer assassin before. It just had different type of audience. That is why Ai Zhe and Blue Wolf didn’t explode and condemn them. Because analysis means it is from what they observed that is what Ai Zhe and Blue Wolf comfortable to share; like the fact that they lived in the same building is what both disclosed, the fact Ai Zhe’s voice can be heard in the background of Blue Wolf’s broadcast. Outing someone is you shared evidence without permission like stalker photo of their home living, their date or any of their private intimate moments, or screenshot/hacked personal conversation, recording video or conversation etc. I find those post perfectly find because without giant media picking it, everyone will just reading it to amuse themselves la. Only fujoshis adamant on asking them, others just watch the stream.
