Today is an off day for Ye Xun as he took Chang Min to a tuxedo store to buy an outfit for tomorrow. Chang Min currently stood in the changing room with his fourth suit to try on. He did not like the other three, feeling a bit uncomfortable.
But, Chang Min believes those are his nerves for tomorrow. He knew there were going to be many people and honestly did not want to go. He had to remind himself that this is for Ye Xun (even though he doesn’t want to go either) and his parents keeping their jobs.
“Chang Min,” Ye Xun called out; he sounded close to Chang Min’s fitting room door, “are you okay in there?”
Looking down, Chang Min held a light grey button-up shirt to his body that barely hid how he stood in the dressing room with only his underwear present on his body. “Uh, yes?” His yes sounded more like a question.
There was silence for a few seconds before Ye Xun said, “I am coming in.”
Chang Min did not get the chance to say something about that when the door opened, and Ye Xun walked inside. He closed the door behind him, quickly taking in Chang Min’s appearance.
“Uh, hi.” Chang Min slightly blushed from Ye Xun’s intense staring, “The people won’t find it weird that two males are in the same dressing room together, who are obviously not related?”
Taking one more glance over, Ye Xun finally looked at Chang Min’s face, shaking his head, “Would it be arrogant of me if I said it won’t because it is me?”
“A bit.” Chang Min waved his hand side to side to add more effect to his words.
“Then I won’t say it.”
Silence lingered once more as Chang Min still stood in the fitting room with only underwear on and now a fully clothed Ye Xun. Although, Chang Min did not understand why his mind included that Ye Xun is indeed fully clothed.
Ye Xun stepped closer, putting his hand on Chang Min’s cheek as he softly caressed it, “What’s wrong? You are always quick to pick something because you never like taking long in stores, but we have been here a while, and you still haven’t chosen anything.”
Chang Min looked away, even though his body still leaned into the touch. He bit his lip for a second before letting go, “I am nervous, anxious, I don’t know. Thinking about the crowd of people that will be there, especially the rich kind, I am silently freaking out.”
He heard all kinds of things about rich people, and most of it wasn’t good. Chang Min still hasn’t put Ye Xun in the category of a powerful, wealthy man; it still felt foreign to him. Ye Xun is Ye Xun. But the other people there—he cannot predict how things will go down.
“Hey. We can do like we did at the carnival. Only focus on me, forget everybody else. And no one will trouble you because I am there; I promise, Chang Min.” Ye Xun tried to reassure him.

Ye Xun walked out of the fitting room, closing the door behind him. Chang Min chuckled before trying on the entire outfit.
They left the store with Chang Min holding his bag. Ye Xun did not need to buy a new suit since he owns a few of them. They were currently in a mall since the tuxedo was located inside.
Chang Min and Ye Xun silently walked together when an idea hit Chang Min. “So, I owe a date this time, right?”
“Yes.” Ye Xun responded, wondering where Chang Min was going with this.
“Well, there is an arcade in here, so why don’t we go for a small date while I beat your butt at the games.” Chang Min smirked, hitting his shoulder against Ye Xun.
Smiling, Ye Xun hit him back, “Big words from a loser.”
“Oh, a loser, huh? It is so on, Mr. Ye.”
They fast-walked, almost jogging, to the arcade in the mall. When they reached it, they quickly went to one of the machines to buy coins for the games.
Once they had the coins, Ye Xun asked, “What do you want to do first?”
“The zombie shooting game. Let’s see who can last longer.”
“Okay, let’s go so that you can lose.” Ye Xun smirked.
They made it to the shooting game as they put their coins in on their side. Chang Min picked up the right gun while Ye Xun took the left one. They both shoot at the start buttons on the screen, beginning the game.
The game started with soldiers walking through a lab. The destroyed lab had lights swinging from the ceiling, going in and out to add an eerie effect. The soldiers slowly walked through the empty hall filled with blood splatter and handprints on the walls and floors.
Then, suddenly, three doors simultaneously opened as zombies stormed out. They were greenish-blue in color, while some had disfigured body parts and organs spilling out.
The soldiers started shooting their guns, finally starting the game as it allowed Chang Min and Ye Xun to begin shooting. They were both focused, not saying a word as they tried to kill the most zombies.
Chang Min and Ye Xun moved through the lab, making their way to a restricted area that held a vaccine. As they got closer to the room, more and more zombies jumped out, some more evolved than the others.
Three zombies jumped out of the ceiling, landing on Chang Min’s character as they started attacking him. “Shit.” Chang Min cursed as his screen began to turn redder from each hit.
“It seems like I am going to win.” Ye Xun smirked as his screen still looked fine.
“Shut up.” Chang Min muttered as he killed the three zombies on him. His screen did not recover, showing he was close to dying, but Chang Min kept going on until more zombies attacked him instead of Ye Xun. “Ugh, why are they coming after me?”
It only took two more hits before a ‘Game Over‘ sign appeared on his screen. He wanted to throw the gun for losing but neatly put it back. Ye Xun continued playing, but seeing how he was alone, more zombies attacked him, causing him to lose a minute after Chang Min.
Ye Xun put the gun down, smiling at Chang Min, “I won.”
Chang Min rolled his eyes, “Whatever. I was getting attacked more than you.”
“Oh, sounds like a sore loser to me.”
“Let’s have a car race.” Chang Min turned, walking to the race car game. He sat down in one of the seats, waiting for Ye Xun.
Ye Xun sat next to him as they both put in their coins for the game. They started the game, choosing their cars before they appeared on the lane with the other vehicles.
The timer went down, and once it reached zero, Chang Min and Ye Xun hit the gas, quickly driving past the other cars. They concentrated on the game, going through each lap as they stayed in first.
They were not going against each other in the game, but Ye Xun and Chang Min would determine the winner by the less time it took to finish the laps.
When they reached the end, finishing the game, Chang Min and Ye Xun checked each other’s score. Chang Min smiled as he saw that his time was less than Ye Xun’s time, “I win.”
“Ice hockey.” Ye Xun quickly responded, already feeling his competitive nature.
“Get ready for defeat.” Chang Min spoke as they left the race car game for ice hockey.
They started the ice hockey game, going hard into the game as it took a few minutes before a winner was decided, which ended up being Ye Xun.
They played every other game in the arcade, trying to beat each other, only to end up in a tie. During the whole time, Chang Min carried his bag with him.
Stopping near a claw machine, Chang Min looked at the stuffed animals inside. “Do you want a stuffed animal?” Chang Min thought of giving Ye Xun one like Ye Xun did for him at the carnival.
Ye Xun nodded. He did not care for stuffed animals, but anything from Chang Min is special to him.
Chang Min put regular coins in the machine rather than the game ones. Once the game started, he moved the cane over to the black kitty stuffed animal he saw. When it was near, he pushed down on the button.
At first, he thought it wasn’t going to get the kitty from the way it fell, but the cane caught it, bringing it over to the hole before letting go. Chang Min bent down, opening the small door as he pulled out the kitty, handing it to Ye Xun.
“Thank you.” Ye Xun kissed his cheek, holding onto the stuffed animal.
Chang Min picked up his bag, “You’re welcome. Now, come on, I am spending the night with you at your house.”
“With me or Cookie and Cream?”
“Both.”
