About the story itself – I really loved it, and all the characters – but Gu Xi is driving me crazy right now. Why won’t he just come out and TALK to SJZ? Tell him that he’d attempted suicide; tell him that he’s still messed up over the way their relationship ended, that he can’t trust SJZ not to destroy him again, and how hurt and angry and offended he is over the fact that SJZ never trusted him in the past and always thought he was actually a scumbag who was using him. Whether they can eventually start again or not, thing will never get better if they don’t talk to each other. Right now he’s just dragging out the agony and hurting both of them even more.

So i never judge any translators that take time away from translating. I enjoy the updates and the notes that are left but I recognize this is a passion project and if you need your energy to get through different parts of the day sometimes there is just none left.
