    Translation suggestions:

    后台: I would actually suggest “backer” (or “sponsor”/”benefactor”) rather than “supporter” for this term. Mostly because “supporter” gives the implication of being weaker than the one being supported, while “backer” implies a stronger person backing a weaker one which is the case here.

    Cang Yu and the others’ journey was even better. –> It was better for them that Cangyu and the others had left.

    First, like that matters when someone is dying. Second, it feels like the author is mixing modern world stuff with the wuxia world stuff, can’t women just have the same strength as men due to cultivation?
