I’ve really liked this so far because it’s funny, but I have to say this event made me really love this story. I like how the author really made good on the ML’s reputation as a tyrant, and the MC has a realistic reaction to it. Although he still gets over it quickly, it’s through actively forcing himself using logic and reason instead of just braindead plot. Surprisingly well done for what I was considering as just comedy.

this mainly the reason why Li Yu is one of my fav mc from transmigrations novels out there. his reactions and struggles as a human who became a fish was somewhat realistic. he also didn’t suddenly make tianchi like a mksunderstood tyrant whos actually gentle, he accepted him as both a tyrant and his friendly master.
