Translator's Note

This is kind of an all encompassing word in chinese that describes alot of supernatural creatures including goblins, demons, evil spirits, monsters etc. It can even mean seductive or bewitching. There’s no one word in english that really matches so i just used demon which seemed to fit best, but just know there are alot of other means not just constrained to the normal definition of demon

  1. How I imagine their voices:

    Monk: low and gentle

Long Ya: low but sounds like sharpening a knife and can be heard FROM MILES AWAY because it’s just super characteristic

  2. Ooh! Right he is still missing something. 🙈 Why did I immediately think of that part of a mans body. But that would explain why he is always in a bad mood. ☺😅

  3. Benefactor Long and the Humble Monk – they make a great duo 😂

    Thanks for the chapter 💞

  4. Why do I just imagine 2 old men waving their canes angrily at each other? The one representing the monk is just like “hah! I wasn’t born yesterday!”

I’m just curious to know why they let a human work there 🤔 and didn’t at least tell the coworkers. Lol, QC is just like too much info in one day 😵‍💫🤯
