AJ is mad because his family was treating him well but when there’s trouble, they’re the first ones to suspect them (the An Brothers). “Why treat me well if you don’t trust me?” that’s probably his thoughts, and he has some deep issues from his last life that aggravates his trust issues. Does this excuse his behaviour? It won’t be adressed in the later parts of the novel unfortunately.
