cold sands traumatized a lot of us…now I have this uncontrollable anxiety about historical bls but still wanting to read them…So the first thing I always check with historical bls is whether it’s BE or HE…There is also another og historical novel here and first thing I asked that author was exactly this…So excited for this one…

HE or GE is Happy ending or Good ending. BE means bad ending. The previous comments mentioned cold sands as BE and traumatizing, so I assume it left bitterness towards the end.
