Translator's Note

Pretty sure if it’s an aircraft, then he’s playing with something more along the lines of Legos, not building blocks, but the raws say building blocks so…¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  1. Author has been clear. They are both the product of poisonous, malicious families. And they are both deeply flawed in different ways. That they are able to love at all is enough. I wish them happiness.

  2. I get why many readers are upset and hope for a proper retribution for Fu Jia. But honestly, Fujia and Lu Qian’s story honestly resonates with me more the way it is. I’ve seen many with miserable if not even more unfortunate lives than fu jia’s. I just hope in the upcoming chapters Lu Qi’an does something more to comfort and heal jiajia for all the pain and suffering he went through, emotionally and mentally… Lu Qi’an could’ve done better 7 years ago but he didn’t. So I hope he’ll make it up to fu jia properly and give fu jia the very best of their remaining lives

  3. I agree, I don’t think Fu Jia has enough self esteem to be mad for his own sake and try to act vindictive 😔 I think his actions are in line with his character, I do wish he had a bit more spunk like he did at the beginning of this novel. That being said I am a little disappointed in Lu Qi’an, he originally broke off their relationship because he didn’t want to leave Fu Jia hanging but once he decided he would try to win Fu Jia back he should have contacted him instead of waiting the full 7 years 😮‍💨

  4. I am side B here, Kids have limited power at that age especially form the type of family Qian is from. He did more than most kids his age to get Fu gia away from his useless family, in a good school and positive growth, however his stinking father was too powerful to defeat at that age. He did the right thing forcefully, but now no one can ever force him again. I just hope Li Qinhe gets his ass handed to him or I will be unreconciled. Thanks

  5. I don’t see any particular camp as more valid, but I do think they got together too soon. Mainly for the reason that Lu Qi’an hasn’t lived trough even 1/3rd of the pain that Fu Jia has. Personally, I think it would have been good for them to have a good talk before getting together and for Lu Qi’an to learn from Fu Jia himself how he felt during all those years. It’s not satisfying to me that Lu Qi’an doesn’t understand the pain that he inflincted on Fu Jia, along the many other things that he had to go trough over those years. Overall I don’t mind them getting together quick but maybe because I am a bit too biased, I wish i had seen Lu Qi’an suffer a bit, mainly from guilt.
    • I completely agree. I get that Fu Jia doesn’t value himself above Lu Qi’an and he genuinely loves him, thats why he takes him back so soon, but I wish Lu Qi’an understood from Fu Jia himself how painful it has been for the past 7 years. They need to sit down and talk and process that pain before running back into each other’s arms again. Lu Qi’an can’t understand Fu Jia’s past 7 years without at least talking to him.

      • Exactly! And especially since Fu Jia was left behind thinking that Lu Qi’an never truly loved him and then he just comes back and everything is rainbows and unicorns. Lu Qi’an should have suffered way more.
