Yet You're In Love With an IdiotChapter 18.2

CW: non-consensual incest

Jian Suiying never returned to the company since that day. However, there were still some outstanding issues that needed to be handled by him personally, so he and Secretary Liang have been in constant contact. Secretary Liang is one of his oldest employees, and she has long expressed her wish. “Jian-zong, take me with you wherever you plan to go.” KYcSgQ

Actually, it wasn’t just her. Most people in the company don’t like Jian Suilin. After all, he was still young, and everyone could take a guess on what he had done to get the position. His reputation wasn’t very good, and everyone in the company still believed in Jian Suiying. As soon as he leaves, the company employees’ turmoil would be inevitable.

Four people already resigned in just the span of a few days, and who knows what others changes will occur after the Chinese New Year.

Jian Suiying was happy to watch the joke unfold.

He already planned to take away all his capable employees in the company after he takes a break and starts again, so that Jian Suilin can have a good taste of what it feels like to be empty and unpopular. 2yL1cR

Xiao Zhu went out shopping that day. The Chinese New Year is approaching, and so Xiao Zhu also has to return home. Jian Suiying wasn’t willing to let him go. He already planned to rely on him for the Chinese New Year, but he’ll be left alone, which will be boring. But after all, it is a tradition to go home during the Chinese New Year. Reuniting with family, welcoming the new year and saying goodbye to the past year, Jian Suiying didn’t want to embarrass him.

Jian Suiying was playing games on the sofa when his phone rang.

When he checked, it was his grandfather calling.

“Hello, Grandpa.”

dCclLy

The old man’s voice sounded particularly harsh. “You come and pick me up at the train station at 3:30.”

“Ah?” Jian Suiying checked his watch and said, ‘It’s already past 1:00 in the afternoon.’.

“I’m going to Beijing.”

“You’ll go to Beijing? Let Lao Wu see you off then.” yIYdhL

“Driving is too slow, I’ll take the high speed train.”

Jian Suiying was holding a potato chip in his mouth and was staring at the screen. As soon as he heard this, he said, “Don’t worry, if you want to take the bullet train, I’ll buy you insurance first…”

“Don’t talk nonsense. I’m going to Beijing now.”

“Grandpa, why are you in a hurry? What are you even gonna do here?” QlhVZi

The old man angrily reply, “Why am I in a hurry? If I didn’t care, everyone will ride on your neck no matter what!”

Jian Suiying soon realized what was happening. He quickly swallowed the food in his mouth and comforted his grandfather, “Grandpa, don’t get too excited. Listen to me, don’t come first. I’ll go visit you after the New Year…”

“I’ll go now! I go to that bastard! What the hell! His mother was like that, and he is like that that as well. Then this Jian Dongyuan, I will teach him how to be a father!” His grandfather sounded very angry, and his voice trembled a little as he spoke.

Jian Suiying was really afraid that he might get sick from anger. “Grandpa, don’t get too agitated. Really, I’m doing alright now, I want to start a new business. I’ve been at home these past few days, so I’m quite comfortable. Think about it, being in that company means I have to earn money for the rest of the family. I just sold it, so I’ll do all my own work in the future, isn’t that great?” zb9SFC

Jian Suiying kept comforting Lao Jian, knowing that even if his grandfather arrived in Beijing and made a scene, nothing would change. On the other hand, he was quite pissed at Lao Jian for even rushing to Beijing. Why must he even bother anyway.

Story translated by Chrysanthemum Garden.

After half an hour of coaxing, Lao Jian finally, albeit reluctantly, gave up the idea of coming to Beijing. Jian Suiying promised him that he will Qinhuangdao on the first day of the Chinese New Year instead. This year, he won’t take anyone with him anymore, he will only bring himself.

In fact, Lao Jian hoped that he would come over earlier, but Jian Suiying didn’t agree. The more he was idle, the more he wanted to spend the New Year at home, so that no one can think of him as having stage fright. The one who owes something wasn’t him, and naturally the one who doesn’t deserve good things wasn’t him either. When he returns for the New Year this year, in the presence of so many relatives, he will give Zhao Yan and Jian Suilin a big red envelope for their mother and son!”! 7wniyK

Xiao Zhu stayed with him until the 28th. After Xiao Zhu left, Jian Suiying felt particularly bored. The news that he’d been scammed by his younger brother had already circulated amongst his circle. It would be false to say that he wasn’t ashamed of himself. Recently, many friends have invited to drink with him, telling him that they wanted to relieve him of boredom or so that he could vent his anger, but he knew that these people just wanted to gossip, so he declined the invitations.

On the evening of the 30th, Jian Suiying dressed up looking quite slick and handsome, regardless of whether the look was real or not. At least he’d appear in front of a large group of relatives with a youthful and energetic face. As soon as he stepped into the room, the originally lively scene suddenly quieted down for a few seconds, causing some embarrassment amongst the elders in the room. Then one of his aunts immediately greeted him. “Suiying, you’re here. Come in quickly, the room is warm.”

When he entered the room, his relatives were sitting and chatting in groups of twos or threes. In the previous years, these relatives used to talk to Jian Suilin at most but would never talk to Zhao Yan. Now, they were now sitting and talking together unlike the past.

Jian Suiying glanced at them with a sneer on his face, and the several people who were sitting with Zhao Yan got up and left in embarrassment. Although Jian Suiying made a big mistake, he was still the eldest son and grandson of the family, so his strength cannot be underestimated. No one dared to go against him. It’s just that the attitude towards Jian Suilin and his mother and son had obviously changed. TJj6N8

Jian Suiying can understand their point of view, though. After all, several of their relatives live off of their shares in that company. Now that Jian Suilin became the boss, they can’t afford to be haughty around him anymore. He didn’t care much about these things though. He had nothing to say to these women, so he went into the room and chatted with his second uncle. His second uncle will be transferred to the Central Party School next year and will work for five or six years before coming out, which will make a big difference. The best prospect of that generation in the Jian family was his second uncle after all.

The two of them chatted for a while about family matters until his second uncle pulled him aside and asked about Jian Suilin. He said that Lao Jian called him the other day and scolded him, saying that he knew that matters at home were more important than work, and that he was also quite aggrieved with the situation. He asked Jian Suiying why he didn’t tell him if he was in trouble.

What could Jian Suiying say to him? After all, it’s business between the two brothers, and his second uncle can’t do much. Like when he was appeasing his grandfather earlier, he comforted his second uncle.

During the meal, he realized that Zhao Yan had really started troubling him. Now that she achieved her ambition, she had long since lost her cool and quiet demeanor. She started trying to make friends with the other female relatives and had a good time chatting. 9mTP1X

The men drank from left to right. From time to time, Jian Suilin glanced at him from his peripheral vision ever since he entered, but Jian Suiying did not spare him a glance at least once.

After dinner, the younger relatives all went to watch the Spring Festival Gala, but Jian Suiying was still being dragged by the elders to drink with them.

The remaining people at the table were all almost drunk, and a servant began to clean up the mess. Jian Suiying was finally free and taking the opportunity, ran to the wall as he hiccuped, afraid that someone would drag him to drink again. He was holding a cup of longjing in his hand, blowing at the cup then drinking, hoping to kill the effects of alcohol.

Just as a roomful of relatives were watching and chatting, Zhao Yan slowly approached him. Jian Suiying didn’t pay attention at first, but he soon discovered that Zhao Yan was coming over at his direction. 0v5qSy

Although he stopped drinking already, his head was still spinning and he thought this moment was quite uncommon. For over ten years, even when he was only about the same height as Zhao Yan, this woman was afraid of him. As he grew in age, physique, and ability, this woman became increasingly afraid of him. She hid away from him and would never take the initiative to say a word to him, let alone deliberately approach him.

Jian Suiying squinted at her.

After Zhao Yan approached him, she still seemed very frightened of him. Jian Suiying could clearly see that she wanted to back out. Looking at him again, she slightly deviated from his direction and walked to the table next to him, making an excuse that she was getting something.

As she passed by Jian Suiying, Jian Suiying sneered, “Just say what you want to say. You have a son who learned the same techniques you have, so what are you afraid of?” WPeoD9

Zhao Yan’s body shook and she paused. She slowly turned her head, her eyes full of raging anger. She lowered her voice and spoke, “You… this is all you, you asked for it. You hate me, but why should you also bully my son, Suilin is innocent…” She paid rapt attention to Jian Suiying’s expression as she spoke these words, and she didn’t forget that when she first met Jian Suiying and tried to please him, the young man spat in her face. Jian Suiying had since been the object of her nightmares for over a decade.

After hearing this, Jian Suiying burst out laughing, which caused everyone to turn their heads and look at them.

Story translated by Chrysanthemum Garden.

Zhao Yan’s face suddenly went pale.

Jian Suilin’s facial expression also changed. He didn’t expect that his mother would take initiative to provoke Jian Suiying, so he ran to them. awWhX5

But it’s already too late. Jian Suiying poured the cup of hot tea he was holding all over Zhao Yan.

The temperature of the tea was slightly warmer now, and although it can’t burn anyone, Zhao Yan still screamed.

Jian Suiying threw the cup away and, although speaking to Zhao Yan, looked at Jian Suilin, eyes full of mockery. He said in a voice that even the noisy Spring Festival Gala in the TV couldn’t drown out, “Zhao Yan, just remember, you’re just a f*cking mistress b*tch.”

As soon as he said this remark, everyone froze, including his father. 43aNug

“Even if you won against my mother, even if you enter the Jian family, even if you give birth to a son for the Jian family, you will always be a b*tch and a mistress in the heart of this Jian family.”

Jian Dongyuan stood up, face livid, and snapped at him. “You drank too much! There are children here, what nonsense are you talking about?”

Jian Suiying did in fact drink too much. Normally, if he was in the presence of so many relatives, he wouldn’t embarrass his father so much. However, with the strength of the alcohol, he got to say what he had always wanted to say without any filters. “Dad, if you feel humiliated, then you should feel humiliated.” Jian Suiying wiped the stains that got on his body and smiled crookedly, “Let everyone laugh at us. My mother died early, so I haven’t been taught proper manners. No one shared that knowledge with me.” After that, he hummed a little song and picked up his coat, swinging out of the door.

The expression on Jian Dongyuan’s face was so brilliant, and Zhao Yan was lying in her son’s arms, sobbing low. A storm was brewing in Jian Suilin’s eyes. He patted his mother on the back and gave his mother to his father. Then, as if nothing had happened, he smiled and said to the others, “My brother drank too much. It’s too dangerous for him to drive. I’ll send him off.” Then he turned and chased his brother. RxK1X9

Jian Suiying stumbled a bit as he walked. In fact, he felt quite humiliated today, acting and behaving like an angry bereaved dog, but he didn’t regret doing it either. Seeing the expressions on those faces was a real relief, and he laughed as he thought about it.

“Ge.”

Behind him, Jian Suilin cried out his name.

Jian Suiying turned his head toward him, then hummed, “What’s wrong, you want to fight with me? Come on then.” xodmX

Jian Suilin stared at him blankly and replied, “You’ve had too much to drink, I’ll take you back.”

Jian Suiying paused for a moment and sneered, “You’re sick in the head.”

He really didn’t understand what was on Jian Suilin’s mind. If someone insults his mother in public, he would go all out and fight them. Jian Suilin, however, is like an innocent person, why does he still want to send him home?

He turned around and walked towards his car, without paying any attention to Jian Suilin. v8ls1G

Jian Suilin silently followed him, his fists clenched and trembling inside his pants pockets. He watched Jian Suiying’s swaying figure with bloodshot eyes.

The moment Jian Suiying opened the car door, Jian Suilin felt his mind go blank, and before his brain made proper judgments and choices, his body had already acted before he could think about it. He raised his right hand and fiercely hit Jian Suiying on the back of his neck.

Story translated by Chrysanthemum Garden.

Jian Suiying was unprepared and fell softly.

Jian Suilin caught his limp body and observed the handsome man’s outline in the moonlight, his heart beating violently. DrlGkg

Jian Suiying wasn’t unconscious for too long. He felt a slight chill in his sleep, then he woke up. Although his head still hurt from drinking too much, he was still quite clear-headed. After waking up, he found himself lying in an unfamiliar place, with something cold rubbing against his face.

He tried to open his eyes to adapt to the light in the room, when he found Jian Suilin wiping his face with a towel. The dull and gloomy expression on Jian Suilin’s face made him feel uncomfortable. His actions weren’t like he was wiping someone’s face, it’s more like he was putting makeup on a dead person.

Jian Suilin smiled softly. “Ge, you’re awake.” 6JdEoL

“I…” As soon as Jian Suiying moved, he noticed something wrong. He struggled, and a cold sweat broke out. His limbs were tied to the bedpost. Although the rope was quite long enough, it was still far from enough for him to attack or move widely.

Jian Suiying shook his dizzy head and he fully woke up now. He asked, “What are you doing?”

Jian Suilin put the towel on the bedside table, gently brushed away the hairs on his forehead with his finger, and softly said, “Ge, I wanted to talk to you, but you refuse to even look at me now.”

Jian Suiying’s heartbeat quickened. He had long since felt that this boy might have some kind of psychological problem. He was always playing tricks on his back, but he didn’t know how dark his heart realy was until now. He’s even crazier than he thought. Did he really bully him so much that his head got something wrong when he was a child? He said sternly, “What are you doing, you motherf*cker, are you some kind of immortal? Let me go.” Vrug7Z

The ‘immortal’ Lin didn’t answer, but simply immersed himself in his own emotions as if speaking to himself, “Ge, do you remember when we first met?'”

What the f*ck was this, a look back into their life? Jian Suiying grew even more agitated. “What the hell are you doing?”

“Remember, I was only five years old when I saw you for the first time… My mother asked me to say hello to you, but I didn’t dare because the look in your face scared me. Then my mother said something to you, and you spat on her face. Do you remember this?”

He doesn’t know if Jian Suiying still remembers this, but he will never forget it in his lifetime. The young man slowly walked down the stairs and was dressed in a black turtleneck sweater, long legs, and a delicate and fair face. He was so beautiful that Jian Suilin couldn’t move his eyes away. It was just that the look in this man’s eyes that were looking down at him from above with malice in his eyes made him shiver. KBoRld

Jian Suiying pushed her arms and legs hard to try and free himself, but at the sight of the leather rope, his heart sank.

Jian Suilin took out some tissues and placed them in between the rope and his skin, saying, “Don’t move, else it would scratch your skin.”

Jian Suiying couldn’t stand this feeling. It felt like he was a fish moving crazily on a chopping board and waiting for someone to cut him up. He shouted, “Are you crazy, you motherf*cker? If you want to kill someone just kill them. Let me go!” In fact, he didn’t believe that Jian Suilin would dare to do what he felt he might do to him, but he was still unsure, because Jian Suilin’s expression looked so unusual.

Jian Suilin continued as he stuffed the tissues. “Actually, when I was a child, I really hated you and was afraid of you, I tried to hide from you every day. But some people are really strange. The worse you treated me, the more I wanted to behave better, so that maybe you can like me and stop bullying me…” Jian Suilin leaned down and put his hands on both sides of Jian Suiying’s head, silently watching him and carefully appreciating every inch of his skin. vohfUV

Jian Suiying’s scalp tingled at the sight.

“Ge, you know, I don’t know when my eyes started following you, but I’ve been doing it this whole time. Although I was afraid of you when I was young, I also admired you very much. I think you’re capable of doing everything. I once thought that one day, I would be as powerful as you, so you wouldn’t dare bully me anymore.” He reached out and touched Jian Suiying’s face, chuckling, “I was always looking at someone, especially someone as good-looking as my brother. When I look at that someone, I can’t even move my eyes away…”

A strange feeling arose in Jian Suiying’s heart, but he couldn’t explain what it was. He didn’t know what was wrong with Jian Suilin. But he soon understood, because Jian Suilin lowered his head, and his eyes widened as he helplessly watched Jian Suilin’s lips press against him.

TL Note: Vj1aG4

I personally have mixed feelings toward Zhao Yan, because she did try to be good to Jian Suiying but the latter was an ass (for understandable reasons tbh). But at the same time, she is a mistress. She obviously knew that Jian Dongyuan already had a wife and child back then, but she still went with the relationship and even had a son with him prior to Jian Suiying’s mother’s death. So while I don’t agree with the tea-in-face thing, I enjoyed her humiliation. (I just really don’t like mistresses XD)

Again, there will be more non-con incest in the next chapter. Be warned.
