“I knew he was hot but damn!”
The murmurs and exclamations surrounded Kloh. He licked his lips, taking his time to run his eyes down Dex’s body. He looked absolutely stunning. The clothes, the makeup, the confidence mixed with that little nervous finger tapping habit. What a sweet sweet surprise. He couldn’t wait to unwrap it later tonight.
“What a try hard.”

Kloh glanced at the omegas to the side who were not so subtly dissing Dex. He recognized some of them as they had tried to talk to him earlier in the night. He scoffed and turned away from them, breaking out the semicircle to walk over to his delicious looking man.
With three long strides, he stopped at the base of the staircase and watched Dex descend. Dex gave him a shy smile as they made eye contact. Kloh grinned widely and ran up the stairs to meet him at the halfway platform. Dex stopped and looked downward at his alpha.
Without hesitation, Kloh wrapped an arm around his waist. The free hand cupped the back of Dex’s neck, brushing against the covered mark. Dex shuddered and his eyes fell shut. He leaned forward as Kloh brought their lips together. A groan slipped out. Dex could taste the alcohol alongside the usual sweet taste that was Kloh. Their lips slid against each other, tasting each other. Kloh licked his bottom lip and Dex’s lips easily parted allowing Kloh further in. A tongue plundered freely, provoking small noises from Dex.
Kloh bit at his bottom lip, sucking it gently afterwards before kissing him breathless again. The hand on his waist, trailed along his naked abdomen, caressing his dips and grooves. Under Kloh’s very elaborate manipulation, he was already weak in knees and ready to be bent over the nearest surface. By the time Kloh pulled away, Dex was panting heavily and being primarily held up by Kloh. His arms had found their around Kloh’s neck, carelessly looped. He rested his forehead against Kloh’s shoulder. Kloh’s fingers moved recklessly, sliding against Dex’s naked skin.
“Hi.” Kloh breathed roughly into his ear before biting at the lobe.
“Hi.” Dex mumbled as he caught his breath.
“You look beautiful.” Kloh pressed a kiss against his temple.
“I bet you say that to all the omegas.” Dex replied with a half grin, still collecting himself.
Kloh laughed. “Only to the ones that have my heart.”
Dex smiled and rubbed his nose against the side of Kloh’s neck.
“Do you like it?”
“Like it? I love it.” Kloh replied and caressed the naked skin.
“Good. I should dress up more often. Gotta keep the spark alive y’know.”
They both laughed. The proximity gave Dex a reassuring feeling. The anxiety and nervousness that followed him since earlier greatly diminished. Kloh pressed another kiss to his temple before muttering into his ear,
“Baby, you could be wearing a burlap sack with some crocs and I’d still get hard.”
“Ooo a crocs kink. That’s new.” Dex chuckled, his breath wafting over Kloh’s neck, causing a chill to run down the man’s spine.
He licked his lips again and rubbed his thumb against Dex’s hip. Once again he thought of the unwrapping party he planned to have later and replied,
“More of a Dex kink if you ask me.”
“Alright lovebirds. We appreciate the show but you’re blocking the walkway.” Nellie grinned at them as she stopped on the platform in front of them. Behind her were Tiago and Kane.
It was then that the two came out of the blissful world of two. Kloh heard the very loud and specific catcalling from his friends. They hadn’t noticed when the music was turned down. Even the lights were brighter than before. It was clear that they had missed Nellie’s entrance but she hadn’t failed to notice them. Noticing the amount of eyes focused on them, a blush covered Dex’s ears. Dex cursed and started to pull away but Kloh held onto his waist firmly. He could only cover his face with both hands in embarrassment. Nellie giggled as Dex’s ears grew more red.
“Sorry about that. Nice to see you, Nel. You look amazing.” Kloh grinned back at her.
And she did. She had this beautiful white fairy dress with sparkles. A tiara clip held her hair in a tight bub. Her makeup was tastefully done, with a shit ton of glitter. She looked like she belonged in a fairytale. Tiago and Kane were behind her like two bodyguards, dressed in a simple tee and jeans combo, all white of course. They were actively mean mugging anyone who stared at Nellie a little too long or sexually.
“I do. Thanks.” She reached over and they did a short side hug.
The glitter immediately transferred as it did.
“Kane. Tiago.” Kloh nodded to the both of them.
Kane nodded back and Tiago waved.
“Hi Dex.” Nellie said with an all knowing grin.
“Hi Nellie.” Dex replied, but refused to look at her.
With a laugh, Kloh took a step back towards the railing with Dex in tow, clearing the walkway.
“After you m’lady.” He said with flourish.
“Thank you kind sir.” She curtsied then laughed, “We’ll talk later. Ciao.”
With a finger wave she continued down the stairs. After she arrived at the bottom, the music dialed up and the lights dimmed again. Everyone returned to their own bubbles of conversation.

“Who the fuck is this person?” Lee scowled at his phone.
“Who?” “Lemme see.” “Turn the phone.”
The four omegas crowded around him.
“This user, KlohsFirstLove, is talking shit about my brother.” Lee passed his phone around to the group.
They had moved to a more spacious area outside the house after dancing and drinking for several hours. He and the rest of their group, minus Kloh, sat/laid on each other on a roughly made bean bag bed. Starting from Lee, to his immediate right was Ares. Next to him was Olive then Simon then Noe to the left of Lee. All of their heads were at a central spot even as their bodies were overlapped on each other.
As they passed the phone around new messages continued to appear. Ares sucked his teeth and Simon cursed.
“Who the actual fuck is this?” Olive sucked her teeth as well as very hateful messages appeared one after the other.
“Whoever it is does not like Dex. Like at all.” Noe tsked and passed the phone back to Lee.

They all sat back just as upset as Lee. This was Lee’s brother. Their best friends boyfriend and soulmate.
“Yeah fuck them.” The group mirrored their agreements.
“But who the fuck is that?” Lee cursed and fell back into the bean bag stack.
An tense atmosphere descended on them. Each of them were trying to figure out where the animosity was coming from. From what they knew, Dex was well liked. He didn’t really socialize outside of his little group.
“It’d have to be someone who likes Kloh.” Ares mulled over it.
“That’s a long list.” Olive ran her hands against the fluffier bean bag.
“Yeah but the nickname KlohsFirstLove implies that he knew Kloh before Dex came into the picture.” Simon chipped in.
“So someone from high school?” Noe asked and looked up at the group.
“Kloh might’ve had groupies but they weren’t crazy.” Olive sighed.
“Except maybe that alpha girl who kept baking him those god awful muffins.” Ares snickered.
Noe whacked his arm, “Stop that. Bell wasn’t crazy. Just eccentric. Plus she met Mikey and they started dating. Still are, according to Instagram.
“I’ll pray for his stomach.” Ares cackled.
And the mode lightened a bit as everyone recalled the ridiculous shit that happened just the year before.
“There’s only one person who’d have the audacity to call themselves KlohsFirstLove.” Lee finally said through clenched teeth.
It got real quiet for several seconds before the voices around him exploded.
“No fucking way!” Ares was the first to shake his head
“No!” Noe simply declined the possibility.
“Bullshit!” Olive scoffed.
“He doesn’t even go here.” Simon added.
“He does. We saw him.” Lee solemnly said.
“YOU SAW HIM?” Four angry faces turned to Lee, who only smiled hatefully at the sky.
“Saw who?” Kloh asked as he walked up to them.
Further behind him was Wesley, Mars and Dex, who were laughing over something Mars said. Kloh had jogged over ahead of them when he noticed the solemn atmosphere from the distance. The three friends had noticed the weird atmosphere as well. They decided to stay to the side. Four pairs of burning eyes snapped over to Kloh.
“You sneaky bitches!” Olive and Simon cursed in that weird unison way they did especially when they were pissed.
“How dare you not tell us!”
“How dare that fucker show his face around here?”
“God! I knew I should’ve kicked ass one good time.”
“Oh shut it Ares. You barely walk up a flight before giving out.”
“Oh fuck you Lee.” Ares flipped him off.
“Back at you babe!” Lee blew him a kiss.
“Woah woah what exactly is happening here?” Kloh took a step closer, confused.
The group got silent. Lee looked away guilty. Noe glowered at Kloh. Ares cut him an angry glare. And Olive and Simon gave him a very unsettling look.
“You didn’t tell us!” That set off a symphony of angry complaints, directed to him and Lee.
“About what?” Kloh asked, as he tried to get word in.
There was a pause before someone sucked their teeth really loudly.
“You asshole! After everything he put you through!” Ares angrily stated, tears pricking his eyes.
“Who?” He was again assaulted with upset and angry ranting.
It was Dex’s voice that broke through the barrage of cursing.
“Alexandre.”
The entire group perked up, turning towards Dex’s direction. Standing in front of him were two people. Everyone, except Mars, could immediately recognize Alexandre. Only Olive, Wesley and Dex recognized the girl next to him. She was the omega girl that was with Alexandre at the spa that day. The one who tried to stop him.
“Casey?” Olive unintentionally called out.
“Olive? What are you doing here?” Casey replied, eyes brightening.
“I’m with my friends, the ones I mentioned before.” Olive gestured to the group around her.
“Oh, you’re here with……… your friends?” Her gaze landed on Dex then Wesley.
“Yeah, you?” Olive’s eyes landed on Alexandre who was still staring at Dex.
“Same.”
She tugged on Alexandre’s arm. She had known that this party would be a bad idea. Especially after seeing Kloh was on the guest list. She knew Alexandre would want to see him. Her eyes flashed towards Kloh, who clearly wasn’t concerned about Alexandre. No, his eyes were focused on the omega she knew as Dex. She only knew Dex by reputation, or rather lack thereof. The first time she saw him was at the spa.
“The fuck do you want psycho?” Ares bounced over to Dex, slipping in front of him so that he and Alexandre were face to face.
“Mind your business.” Alexandre made a disgusted face and took a step back.
Ares glowered at him. The two engaged in a very intense staring match. At this point Kloh had already made his way over to Dex, silently pulling the taller man behind him. Dex’s hand tightened around his wrist as the various things he now knew raced through his head. He couldn’t even look at Alexandre without wanting to pummel him. Dex could truthfully say that he wasn’t a violent person. But at this moment, all bets were off if that little prick made a single move towards Kloh.
“Fuck off Alexandre.” Lee pushed his way forward to stand by Ares, blocking Wesley from him.
“Oh it’s you.” Alexandre finally gave a look to the rest of the group, “I see the whole gang’s here.”
“Fuck off Alexandre!” The rest of them echoed each other.
He jumped a bit, not expecting the blatant display of dislike. Casey cringed and once again tugged Alexandre’s arm.
“Lex this is a bad idea. We should go.” She whispered to him.
“You can leave. I’m not going until I speak with Kloh.” He huffed and pulled his arm out of her grip.
“Then hurry up and speak. You’re ruining our night..” Wesley crossed his arms over his chest impatiently.
Alexandre lightly touched his face as Wesley spoke. He still remembered being slapped. His face was red and swollen for three days. He even had to put some makeup on to cover the remainder of it before coming over. He didn’t want to admit it but he was a teeny tiny bit scared of the fierce omega. All this did was add another mark on his why I hate Dex list.
“I want to talk to him alone.”
“Well that’s too fucking bad. Where he goes, we go.” Noe, Simon and Olive joined the other two, creating more and more distance between Kloh and Alexandre.
The addition of them made Alexandre and Casey stumble back. But Alexandre still stood his ground, ignoring the hateful looks to cast a glance at Kloh. He immediately got upset when he saw Kloh whispering softly to Dex, as if reassuring him.
Kloh had an arm around the man’s waist, caressing his hip. The other hand brushed Dex’s check. The pose was very reminiscent of the show the two had unintentionally put on earlier. Instantly, a surge of jealousy flooded through his system. That should be him. It should be him that Kloh was holding, not Dex. He cursed and steeled himself, deciding to go all in.
“Are you still upset about that night?” He bit out.
Lee, Dex and Kloh all froze. The rest were looking at the omega questiongly. They clearly had no idea what he was talking about. Wesley shared a grim look with Mars, who was now standing besides him.
Seeing as he had everyone’s attention, he gained some confidence to continue speaking.
“I’ve apologized. I’ve begged. I left like you asked. I gave you time. And I recognize what I did was wrong. But Kloh you gotta get past that. What couple doesn’t have disagreements? You never listened to my side of the story.”
Kloh felt his breath stagnate in his chest. He had tunnel vision as the words get over it and disagreement repeated in his ears. Dex’s shaking drew him out of his head. The man’s face was red and he was breathing heavily. His body was tense and his hands had curled into fist. Kloh shook his head. He’d be damned before he let Alexandre ruin another New Years for him. Especially not his first one with Dex.
“Are you fucking kidding me?” Dex slowly spit out. “I sh……”
Kloh squeezed his waist. Dex paused and looked down at Kloh. He saw his boyfriend, his alpha, shake his head and mouth the words relax. The hand that had froze against his cheek started stroking again. The fury in his chest was smothered as Kloh gave him a small smile.
“Kloh.” He whispered.
“It’s okay. I got this.” Kloh kissed his cheek and patted his hip before disentangling himself from Dex.
Even then he just turned to face Alexandre. His friends didn’t move, still standing in front of him. His smile grew a bit. They were clearly ready to throw down. Unfortunately Kloh had no intention of starting a fight. He squeezed his way past them. There was discontent rumbling as he stepped in front of them. Alexandre’s eyes brightened some more when Kloh came forward. He started to take a step towards him but was held back by Casey. He looked at her with a frown, but she held tight and shook her head. She didn’t understand how Alexandre could so skillfully ignore the distasteful atmosphere. She was here to ensure that he got away safely after he got his heart broken. She glanced at Kloh, because that was clearly going to happen.
“Alexandre. I have zero intention of getting back together with you. You are manipulative, scheming, abusive and downright certifiable. Since for some reason you still believe that we never broke up, you can take this as the official break up that was ruined by you at that time.” Kloh lightly kicked a rock in front of him, his soft voice carrying across the open space.
“Kloh—” Kloh looked up, catching him off guard with such an intense look of deep hatred and resentment.
“And you don’t get to tell me what to get over. You stopped having a say in my actions and my life that very night. I don’t care for the apologies or understanding. I said before that I didn’t want to hate you. And for some time I couldn’t no matter how hard I tried. But you’ve made it much easier to get to that point. So just fuck off from my life. It’s the very least you can do.”
Kloh turned back towards Dex as tears flowed freely down Alexandre’s face. He sniffled and wiped his face, makeup smudging. Not that he cared right now. Kloh wasn’t listening! He wasn’t listening to his explanation! Worse, he didn’t want to listen to it. The finality in his words brought Alexandre back to that day in the hospital.
“Leave Alexandre. No one wa–”
“The Feraine!” Kloh looked back at him with a look so intense that he involuntarily took a step back.
“What?” Kloh coldly asked.
“It only works for alphas. Don’t you want to know who suggested it to me?”
Kloh coldly laughed. The people around him shivered. They had only ever seen Kloh pissed off once before and the shit was terrifying. The temperature felt like it dropped below 0 degrees. They unconsciously took a step away. No one made a sound as Kloh turned back to face the crying omega.
“Oh? And I assume you’d like something in return?”
He hurriedly nodded, “Just give me a chance Kloh. I’m sure if you heard me out, we could move past this.”
Kloh laughed louder. He had really wanted to end this on better terms. He really did. He didn’t want to completely ruin Alexandre’s reputation. But fuck it.

Ahhhh my Head Aches becz of Alexandre…. I think I very much don’t like him…
Gosh that’s a tough one. Over the years I’ve learned to be ruthless about not engaging these people because all they want is an opening to keep your attention and get a response. But since Kloh was drugged a second time the night he met Dex, I guess they both need to know if someone besides Alexandre is after Kloh 😕. Maybe Kloh and Dex should escape and Mars can beat the information out of Alexandre? With Ares helping 😆. Oh well.
Oh, and the Magical Dex Entrance was AMAZING 🔥!
