“Fucking hell. Mother freaking Kloh.” Adam grinned as he wrapped his arm around Kloh and hugged him from behind.
“Please release me.” Kloh rolled his eyes but didn’t make a real effort to push him off.
“Missed you too babe.” Adam grinned then walked around and sat down right next to Kloh.
“Simon, a pleasure to see you.” Adam waved at the omega.
“Speak of the devil and he shall arrive. Hi Adam.” Simon smiled and gave a small wave back.
“What y’all were talking about me?” Adam leaned forward, taking the cup in front of Kloh and drank some.
He made a face and put it down. “I’m guessing you’re the DD today.”
Kloh rolled his eyes as Simon laughed. Adam snatched the glass in front of Simon. After a couple of sips, he smiled satisfied.
“I didn’t peg you for a whiskey drinker.” Adam smacked his lips.
“Mind your business. And buy your own alcohol to drink.” Simon took back his drink.
He pulled out a napkin and wiped the rim where Adam drank. He then did the same to Kloh’s glass. Adam and Kloh watched him amused. Kloh took a second to scan the dance floor to make sure the four omegas were fine. Based on the aggressive dance circle they had going on. Kloh deemed them safe with a chuckle.
“So what are you doing here Adam?” Kloh turned to the alpha.
“Out with some friends. Apparently this is where beautiful and single omegas go.” Adam winked at him with a lecherous grin Kloh hadn’t seen in a long time.
Kloh jabbed his side. Adam grimaced but still grinned and held his side. Simon laughed. Truth be told he wasn’t wrong. With a quick glance around the room, you could see many omegas in little groups in booths. They were in the majority. Alphas skirted the edges of the dancefloor and took up most of the cocktail tables. Betas were mixed in with both groups. Kloh could pinpoint several alphas who were eyeing his friends.
“Kloh, I heard you’re an alpha now? What the fuck dude?!” Adam suddenly clasped his shoulder.
“What did I say about randomly hitting me? The disparity in strength is still here. And yes, I happen to be an alpha now.” Kloh pinched the offending hand till Adam snatched it back.
Adam pouted and caressed his hand. Then he grinned as his eyes started twinkling.
“I knew it. That fucking pressure was fucking ridiculous. Had to be from an alpha.”
“Are saying omegas can’t possess that kind of pressure?” Simon narrowed his eyes.
“No, of course not. I’m just saying when I first felt it, it felt like another alpha’s pressure.” Adam quickly added, he suddenly had flashbacks to being randomly scolded by Simon when he was still chasing Kloh.
Although the omega was usually reserved, he was scary in an argument. Simon tsked and sipped his drink. Kloh chuckled to himself.
“Well I guess you were right. Happy?” Kloh took a sip of his sprite.
“Happy? Sure I guess. You’re clearly still the same ball buster you were back then. So nothing has changed except the gender status. Welcome to the dark side.” Adam bowed, nearly banging his head into the table.
Kloh and Simon busted out in laughter. Adam cleared his throat in embarrassment.
“If you ever need an alpha to talk to I’m always available.” Adam suddenly offered, “I can tell all the cool shit about being an alpha. Plus any questions you got, I’ll answer them.”
“Thanks Adam. I really appreciate that.” Kloh smiled genuinely.
He hadn’t expected the offer but was still grateful for it. Although he had Beau and Mars, it wasn’t the same. One was the brother of his omega and the other was the alpha of his omega’s best friend. There were just some things that he just couldn’t bring himself to ask either them. Adam on the other hand was a neutral party. He had no connections to Beau and knew Kloh well. Kloh seriously considered the proposal.
“Kloh, I think it’s time to grab the others.” Simon tugged his sleeve, pulling him out of his thoughts.
Kloh looked up and at the corner that the four were dancing in. Sure enough Noe had pulled off his hoodie, showing the lithe body wrapped in a tight shirt underneath. Noe never did that, unless he was drunk. Plus a group of alphas had made their way over to the group. Olive and Ares looked like they were annoyed as the alphas tried to speak with them. Lee was standing in front of a disoriented Noe, looking uncomfortable.

Kloh pushed Adam out of the booth. Simon quickly followed behind and so did Adam. By the time they navigated their way through the numerous bodies, one of the alphas was holding onto a visibly upset Ares.

The now clearly drunk alpha turned to Kloh and his eyes lit up. He gave Kloh a once over and licked his lips. Kloh immediately felt a wave of disgust.
“You have more friends baby? Don’t worry, I’m sure we can accommodate all of you.” He gave Kloh an exaggerated wink.
Kloh rolled his eyes and pulled the man’s hand off of Ares. The moment he was released Ares shuffled back to Olive and Kloh moved to stand in front of them. The group of alphas, well the more sober ones, had begun to realize the changing situation and went to grab their belligerent friend.
“No. Don’t touch me.” He swatted away their hands and turned to Kloh. “So you’re a little alpha. Heh, I didn’t know they made them so pretty these days.”
“Once again fuck off asshole.” Kloh scoffed.
“I don’t usually go for other alphas but for you I’ll make an exception.” The gross alpha flashed Kloh a smile. “Just need to make you a bit more obedient.”
Immediately Kloh could feel densely packed pheromones directed at him. Before he could even summon up his own pressure, Adam cut in front of him.
“The fuck do you think you’re doing?” Adam growled at the stupid alpha as his own pheromones spread, overwhelming the alpha.
The alpha groaned and fell to his knees. His friends rushed over to grab him. They apologized profusely to Adam before dragging the aloha away.
“Funny how they only apologized to Adam ain’t it?” Simon sneered at the retreating group.
“Idiots. All of them.” Adam sucked his teeth.
Kloh turned to his friends. Olive was massaging Ares’ wrist which was slightly red from the hold. Although Ares kept telling her he was fine, unshed tears filled his eyes. Lee was holding onto Noe and they were standing next to Ares. Kloh walked forward and placed a hand on Ares’s head. The upset omega looked up at him.
“You okay?” He leaned in to ask.
Ares paused a moment ready to nod then shook his head instead.
“Wanna bail?”
Ares nodded his head and sniffled.
“Okay. Let’s go.”
Kloh held out his hands. Olive grabbed one and Ares grabbed the other. Adam and Simon went over to Noe and Lee and walked with them. In a group they made their way through the crowd and out the door. They said their goodbyes to Jimmy and got into the car. Noe and Lee in the back. Olive and Simon in the middle. And Ares riding shotgun. After making sure everyone was safely in the car, Kloh turned to Adam who stood by the car.
“Thanks.” He gave the alpha a tired smile.
“Just like old times.” Adam winked, then grinned.
“It wasn’t that long ago. Old man.” Kloh rolled his eyes but still grinned back at him.
“Ouch you wound me. Don’t forget I’m not that much older than you.”
“With you always reminding me how could I forget?”
“Fair enough.” Adam laughed. “Imma head back in and find my idiot friends. Y’all get back safe.”
Kloh nodded. “You too. And thanks again.”
Kloh stepped forward and gave him a quick hug. After they separated he got into the driver’s seat. Adam waved at him before heading back into the building. Kloh checked on everyone before starting the car. The four in the back had their eyes closed, laying in different positions. Kloh was unsure if they were asleep or just tired. Ares watched Kloh with wide eyes, a single tear escaping. After making sure the car was a comfortable temperature, he reached out and wiped the lone tear. Ares sniffled and scrunched his nose refusing to let this alpha make him cry.
“Next time I’ll just kick him in the balls and run.” Ares said to himself.
“Aim right between the legs.” Kloh agreed.
“Thanks.”
“Anything for you. For all of you.”

Kloh took the long way back to the dorm. In that time, the ones in the back fell asleep while he and Ares gossiped about his thing with Dex. Not that it was a thing. It just was. Well maybe it was a thing. A good thing. A thing that made him happy. He really didn’t know but he was sure that he’d be fine either way. Ares’s mood got better as the time went by and he eventually was back to his usual self as he swindled all the fun details from Kloh.
When they got back to the dorms, Kloh decided to take everyone up in one trip. Noe got onto his back. Lee and Olive each latched onto an arm. Ares held onto Simon who fortunately was a bit more awake than the rest. They first stopped by Lee’s room, dropping off Lee, Simon and Olive. Once the three were somewhat situated, Kloh took the other two to his room. Because he had what was known as a married single, which was a single designed for couples who were already married, his bed was more than enough to fit two small omegas and a moderately sized alpha.
After forcing Noe to clean up he and Ares tucked the omega in. Then they backtracked to Lee’s room to make sure the three had also cleaned up before passing out. It was 2am when Kloh and Ares finally went to bed. Kloh originally planned on sleeping on the floor but after a very vicious look from Ares he got onto the bed. They fell asleep rather quickly, allowing the night to end while waiting for the new day to fully begin.
The next morning moved quickly as the three in Lee’s room woke up at various times to leave for classes. Thankfully an alarm had been set for Noe, as he also had to leave for class. Ares and Kloh, on the other hand, slept the day away and only got outta bed at 2pm. They decided to walk around the campus to find some food. Ares pulled on some shorts and one of Kloh’s big sweaters. He looked like he was drowning in it as it covered most of his body and only stopped a little past his knees. He had no make up on today and his hair tied back in a messy bun. Ares just looked like an adorable little omega who spent the night with his boyfriend. Kloh put on a matching tracksuit and pausee to look in the mirror.
“We look like a couple.” Kloh teased as they grabbed their wallets and phones.
“Ew. Gross.” Ares scrunched up his nose in mock disgust.
Kloh laughed and flicked his nose. Ares giggled and made a face at him.
“You’d be lucky to get an alpha like me.” Kloh grinned as he locked his door.
“Thankfully I don’t want an alpha. I want a cute beta who is gentle and lovable.” Ares stuck his tongue out at him.
“I’ll let you know if I find someone capable of handling your scary personality.”

Kloh laughed again. Ares punched his arm then held onto it as they made their way to the elevator. They talked amongst themselves unaware of the storyline that was building up around them.
Now from a visual standpoint the two definitely looked like a couple to anyone who saw them. Especially when people recognized that they were leaving a married single that belonged to a known alpha. Ares had on big sunglasses and was holding onto Kloh’s arm, essentially wrapped around it like a clingy omega. Kloh didn’t seem to mind the clinginess and patted Ares’s head like a doting alpha. Many of the omegas Kloh had classes with happened to live in his building and were met with this adorable image as they came and went from their rooms.
“I didn’t know he was with someone.”

It was a post from a freshman who was taking a social theory class with an alpha. The alpha was the only one in the class. Said alpha was very quiet and amiable. He didn’t needlessly try to flirt with the omegas in the class and instead focused on his work. He was very good looking and soft spoken. Many omegas in the class liked him and the rest were ready to ask him out. But, breaking news, today he was seen leaving his room with a small and cute omega. Said omega was dressed in the gentle alpha’s clothes and was acting spoiled to him. In which the alpha replied by indulging him. Many of the omegas in the comments were very disappointed on the lost chance but were also rooting for the couple.

Dex laughed at the post. It was interesting. There were many posts like these whenever there was an alpha of interest on campus. His fellow omegas would spread the word on the alpha’s eligibility and profile. It was always sad when a good looking, nice alpha ended up being in a relationship. Many of the comments went on like that. Several omegas pledged themselves to this so-called gentle A harem. There was even a link to group chat for the harem. Dex laughed loudly and sent the link over to Wesley.

Blonde hair pulled into a messy bun, wearing what was clearly the alpha’s sweater. He rested his head on the alpha’s arm as they spoke.
They stood at a food truck and were ordering food. The alpha smiled and laughed at something the omega said. Dex smiled. They seemed to be a cute couple. The alpha turned his head to look down at the omega making his face visible to the camera. The smile on Dex’s face froze. His phone buzzed as a chat notification popped onto his screen, pausing the video on the alpha’s face.
