Seth tried to open his eyes, but he was too sleepy to do so. His alarm went off a few seconds ago; though, he didn’t care at all. The sound didn’t bother him at all. To hell with camping! He didn’t even want to go. Seth went back to sleep.
However, Seth was jolted awake when he felt someone’s warmth beside him. An arm was hooked on his hips. He looked at the clock, the time showed him that he slept for a good thirty minutes after his first alarm went off.
Seth moved. He heard a low grunt from the person beside him. Seth shifted his body to face the lovely man sleeping next to him.
Seth couldn’t help but smile seeing Gil’s handsome face first thing in the morning. His boyfriend looked enchanting.
Gil gradually opened his eyes. Seth witnessed how mesmerizing his boyfriend while doing that. Shit. Seth felt something else in his body was waking up aside from his consciousness.
“Good morning, sweetheart…” Gil greeted him with a smile.
Seth felt his heart leapt in joy. “Good morning, you lovely man. Why didn’t you wake me up?”

Gil cupped Seth’s face. “I’m all yours, silly. Everything about me is all yours to claim.” Gil’s face moved closer.
They shared a kiss. It was a gentle kiss at first. Their lips were just touching innocently. However, Seth gasped when he felt Gil’s tongue tasting him. It made Seth groaned, making his lips parted slightly in pleasure.
Not a moment later, their tongues were tasting each other. Their kiss was wet, sloppy, and too intimate for their own good. They both didn’t want it to end. But they needed to breathe. Oh, God, why did they need to breathe?
Seth and Gil were both panting after the kiss. Their chests were both heaving up and down but their eyes were locked with each other.
“Should we ditch the camping trip?” Seth suggested.

Seth was smiling from ear to ear. Fuck school. Fuck camping.
The two kissed again. Seth and Gil were beginning to feel the consequences of their intimate action. The room became hot. Seth found himself on top of Gil. Their gazes locked. The school rented five buses for the camping trip. When Seth, Gil, and their friends reached school, they were already late. Mr. Davy was looking at them with obvious disappointment written on his face. Seth apologized, Gil just shrugged his shoulders. Then, they boarded the bus.
Because they were late, all the seats were almost taken. They had to sit separately with each other. But, Seth knew Gil would do something about it. True enough, Seth heard his boyfriend bribing one of their classmates to give up his seat for a bag of potato chips.
“Hey, stranger. Would you mind sharing a seat with me?” Gil approached Seth with a playful smile on his face.

“What are you thinking about?” Gil might have felt something was wrong. “Is something bothering you?”
Seth smiled at Gil. “I am just thinking about my mom.”

The bus finally drove off. Gil brought out his disc man. They shared earphones and listened to music. Seth was enjoying himself. However, when the third track started to play, Gil suddenly pushed the pause button.
“Hey, what’s wrong?” Seth asked Gil.
“Sorry…” Gil looked pale. “It’s…it’s my mom’s favorite song.”
It was the first time Seth heard anything concrete about Gil’s mom. They’ve been together for quite some time now but Gil was still reserved regarding stories about his mom.
Seth squeezed Gil’s hand under the jacket. “Let’s listen to it.”
Gil looked at him with worried gaze.
“It’s okay, sweetheart. I’m with you.” said Seth lovingly.
Gil pushed the play button. The beautiful melody of the song filled their ears. Seth leaned on Gil’s shoulders. He was hoping Gil would finally open up about his mom.
They listened to Gil’s mom’s favorite song over and over again. They didn’t stop until they reached their destination.
“Thank you for doing this with me…” Gil whispered in to Seth’s ear. “I love you.”
“Please tell me wonderful stories about your mom. I’d love to hear more about her.”
“I will, sweetheart.” Gil said in a quiet voice.
“Ahm, can you go on ahead without me? I just need to look for something in my bag.”
Seth received a piercing stare from Gil. Then he sighed. “Sure. Just be quick, okay?”
“Thank you…”
The students got off the bus one by one. Seth waited for everyone to leave except for Brandon Lawry. He walked up to the guy’s seat and confronted him.
“Brandon Lawry.” Seth felt disgusted just by saying the guy’s name. “I don’t know what Simon is planning by having you here spying on me and Gil.”
Brandon couldn’t look straight into Seth’s eyes. “I…I d-don’t know what you’re t-talking about.”
“Don’t let Simon use you like his personal dog. It’s not worth it. Just leave Gil and me alone. You can’t do anything to ruin us. Don’t waste your time.”
Brandon coughed. He looked nervous. “I…”
Seth tapped Brandon’s shoulder. “Tell Simon to fuck the hell off. The moment he does something to hurt Gil, I will kill him. Mark my words. I am not some innocent high school guy who can’t protect his loved ones. I’ve been through many hells, Brandon. Believe me. I will definitely fucking kill him. Tell Simon every word that I’ve said to you. Tell him.”
Brandon Lawry looked scared shitless. Seth left him and got off the bus. He saw Gil waiting for him. The way Gil was looking at him that was when Seth realized that Gil knew everything.
“Don’t worry, Seth. I’ll take care of everything…” Gil said.
“No.” Seth said with conviction. “We will do everything together.”
Gil smiled at him. “My man sure is lovely.”
Their groupmates approached them. But Gil and Seth remained looking at each other. Their eyes were filled with so much love for one another.
