What if the reason behind the endings of many worlds from different dimensions and thus causing them to invade the Blue planet to survive is because some sort of game? Maybe there’s a higher being that comes from an even higher dimension or from a separate dimension than all these dimensions, and they think of these universes from different dimensions as like a game. As for what game they are playing? I’m not sure.
Honestly, there’s not much backing to this being a game, but there must be a reason behind these space foldings and endings of many worlds. Also, having the title of the novel first being mentioned as a game is just eerie. It feels like a foreshadowing.
