  13. About this last chapter: Maybe I am biased, and yeah, Huang Luchuan technically (and practically) killed YW, but why should he be the only one to “atone” for his actions? Does YW (I refuse to write his name fully 😅) not need to face any consequences for his actions in the underworld at all? Because by this logic, he killed A’Ju, so his karma should be tied with A’Ju’s too?Thank you so much for writing and sharing this story with us! I cannot really believe this was your first novel; your style, world building and character depth are all top notch! 🤗

    • The world that Huang Luchuan is heading into is YW’s atonement world–

      A’Ju is the son of heaven (with a few bumps along the way), Yang Wushe is the guy that gets stomped into the dirt by him, and Huang Luchaun is a little bit of a wildcard because he’s going to retain enough memories through dreams and feelings to chase A’Ju more proactively when he meets him while also taking part in the dirt-feeding of Yang Wushe!

      It’s not explained yet, but you can take it as, in this universe generally, the underworld is overflowing and lots of things that used to take place there have been outsourced~
