In the car, Yu Sui was holding Puppy’s phone.

He’s sees everything through to the heart of the situation because he’s been exposed to facetious people all his life.. He would make a good businessman/ politician if he cared for his image. Such an observant guy probably gets consolation from understanding the reasons for the situation.. but understanding why things happen doesn’t mean he’s immune to being hurt..

In fact, I can understand Shi Lou. He already has no sense of belonging left on him. Not even his dad. His cousin and his family are all just hypocrites. He can see a hypocrite person. Thus, he felt tired and detached himself in this world. Now, even just a small amount, he is already satisfied, since he only has himself. He ruined his future, since he doesn’t believe in it anymore. The ony remaining attachment he has, his family, abandoned him for the sake of their greed . Mostly his father. Can you stand it?
What’s more maddening is that you are too soft yourself to detach from them, no matter how many times you tell yourself to, so in the end the misery continues.
