None of them believed in ghosts… That is the exception of poor Ash who’s been vehemently refusing to go there until he was about to get left alone and decided to sulkily go behind them, yelping at every noise.
” If there’s a ghost who’s vengeful and hates handsome people, what am I going to dooooo?!”
” Oh dear, sweet, lovable Ash, if anyone’s a target of that ghost, you’ll be last in line, out of the four of us!”
Lily, as always, beautifully shot down his fears and got him angry.
Luca and Hirokazu adoringly smiled at these two idiots as they both slowly picked at their lunch.

The two blushed and went quiet, occasionally glancing at each other and blushing even more. Ash just adorably sat there and glanced in confusion at Lily, making her shake her head.
Ash was annoyed.

The three gasped and broke out in chuckles.
” —Shut up… But something’s going on and you’re not telling me. Are you guys in a relationship and I didn’t get the memo?”
The laughter died down and the two boys were rose-red, as Lily just almost fainted from the shock that he said that out loud.
” DUDE??? You don’t say that out loud! Have some tact, oh my goodness!”
” I tried asking you and you won’t tell me… What should I have done?”
Hirokazu was wondering what to say before Luca piped up.
” You know what? Yeah, we are in a relationship.”
‘Luca????? I’d love that, but is he saying that with the flow?‘
” And no, I’m being serious. I’ve feelings for you and I don’t wanna put it off anymore. I know we just got to know each other a while ago, but I really like you and I just got a feeling it’s going to be a good one. How about you?”
” I…I like you too? You sure this isn’t a sudden thing because I don’t want to get my heart broken if it was and—”
The other two just sat there gaping at this rapid development and were so confused, that is until Luca kissed Kazu’s cheek.
” Uhh, so I take it y’all weren’t dating before this whole scene?”
Lily smacked his head and told him to shut up and let them have their moment before dragging him away by the ear.
She couldn’t believe that Luca just confessed so quickly… She thought it would take a couple more years for them to get together with the way they interacted. Damn, these two were more surprising by the minute and for once, she was glad Ash couldn’t keep his mouth shut.
Back with the boys, they were being absolutely adorable and properly confessed to each other, all the while Kazu happily held his cheek. Luca felt happy he was bold enough to say all that out loud and confidently and was happier seeing that Kazu returned his feelings.
Away from the boys, there was a young man silently standing in front of the window of the abandoned auditorium who gave a ghostly smile before walking away.
Ash, whose senses were pretty sharp, saw that thinking that was a spectre and passed out from the fear, much to the joy of Lily and her permanent marker. A couple of minutes into the future, Ash would be sporting a classy moustache, beautifully coloured-in panda eyes and a couple of stars here and there, oblivious to this work of art.
