  2. I’m really hoping for more details on NanNan (though I still say Yan is trash atm). I think Ender has so many siblings that if you try to go into detail for all of them it’ll take away from the main story.

    I would like to join the NanNan protection squad though please. 😠✊

    • All the haye yan is getting is really uncalled for. He clearly didnt want to be a dad so being forced might turn out rly badly. I also dont want kids and would hate being forced to bear some. I dont think I’d be a good mother n I’m not ashamed to admit it. Maybe yan felt similarly

    • No, he is not. He never wanted to have kids, it wasn’t ever his decision. The only problem is commenters’ belief that dad is the one who should be blamed, the man who expressed his unwillingness to have kids. The one who has no other choice. If I was in the similar situation, I’m afraid s**cide would become an option for me. I’m not “strong” and I have no wish to become a parent, so society would blame me to death. Yeah, I’m a little sad now

      • Well, both should be getting dislikes not just Yan. I agree with that but how can you abandoned a child that never had a choice to be born in this world and be treated like something that should be discarded?? What can you do? When Nan is alive and kicking?? I just feel bad for the kid coz he doesn’t deserve to have that kind of parents at all so the solution is use protection well or just masturbate on your own if you can’t handle accidental pregnancy like that. Yan and that woman is both trashy, it will never change my mind.

  6. I would like to see the sibling’s other lives. Poor baby Nan, I can’t believe someone like Yan who has good parents will be like that. Well, I guess people are different. But how would his parents react knowing he once abandoned his child? I hope he will get lectured by his mom and dad. So above all, Ender is still the best for me. Although he didn’t want to get pregnant he never thought he will hate nor abandoned his own children for his own preferences. Salute for that.

  7. Aww… it’s an horrible situation… I feel really bad for Nan, but also for Yan…

    Kim’s decision really trapped him, especially since he doesn’t have a choice because Nan was born.

    I feel like his decision to not have children should have been respected (protection is not foolproof) before Nan was born. Abortion exist for a reason, especially when neither parent want the child and know they will be bad parent.

    And even if the child was kept, for belief issues for example, it would have been better to give him up to adoption rather than abusing him mentally by forcing 2 people that hate each other to be bad parents for a child whom existence they resent.

    And as Yan is the one with the least control over keeping the child after making Kim pregnant (obviously by mistake). Nan being given to Yan at his age and after having all these trauma inflicted to him is basically trapping Yan into parenthood. No way to get out of this in the state Nan is, it would just worsen things. Thankfully Yan is more or less a good person and decided to try raising him right, but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone who doesn’t like children snapped and did even worse things to Nan… Being trapped into something you don’t want is really not a nice feeling, especially if society is putting all the blame on you…

  9. I think NanNan will have a better life if his an orphan than having a parents like that. Why do kids always have to suffer the adults mistakes?
