  18. Why do so many mpreg novels have ML totally absent for the whole pregnancy? A pregnant person is very emotional and having lover by their side is extremely important. Especially when it’s the first child. When I was a kid, I heard mom’s friend saying that ‘once she lived through her pregnancy without her boyfriend, she felt that there is nothing else she can’t live through without him’. Though, in her case, the man got scared of her pregnancy and ran away, then calmed down and wanted to be a proper parent. Still, those words left a very deep impression on me.
