    • In severe cases, yes. Normally if you choke on water, it means the water you were drinking ended up in your lung.. so you start choking until it’s out. While doing so, you can’t breath. So I guess a certain person “inhaled” to much water and suffucated himself while trying to choke it back out. Calling this “embarrassing” isn’t wrong.
