This means “Little Mo”, and is a reference to Chen Zimo. It’s common for Chinese to put the word ‘xiao’ in front of a child’s personal identifier as an affectionate way of addressing them.

In Chinese lore, this is a green-coloured mythical bird called the Qingluan (青鸾). It looks identical to a Chinese phoenix, save that instead of being red, it’s either green or blue. The colour ‘qing’ is a complex shade that’s kind of in between blue and green, but I’ve opted to translate it as green.
