Master is Pretending to Love MeCh71 - End

Lin Liaoting didn’t seem to expect to meet Jian Xiuyun. He subconsciously raised his arms to cover his face, stopped what he was doing, and turned around to leave.

Jian Xiuyun chased after him and called him. Lin Liaoting paused his footsteps but he did not stop. He tapped his toes and leapt away. a Phu5

Although they only met for a brief moment, Jian Xiuyun still saw his face, which was covered with deep and shallow scars.

Jian Xiuyun was a little worried, but he didn’t care about chasing him. He squatted down to check Kan Wenxiao’s injuries.

The sword passed through his chest, just inches away from his heart.

Jian Xiuyun frowned slightly and his fingertips were trembling, but he still forced himself to keep his tone as calm as possible. zNZVM7

But as soon as he opened his mouth, his current mood was revealed.

“I’ll stop your bleeding.”

Unexpectedly, before he could make a move, Kan Wenxiao grabbed his hand.

Unlike his panicked state, Kan Wenxiao’s expression was very calm, as if the person who was stabbed in the chest was not him.

Kan Wenxiao looked at him with a touch of moisture in his eyes, and his throat moved slightly. He seemed to have a thousand words to say, but in the end, he uttered only one word, “Shizun.”

His tone was aggrieved.

Jian Xiuyun’s eyes suddenly turned red.

For some reason, he recalled that when he first picked up Kan Wenxiao, his health was obviously not in good condition, so he followed him like a little tail every day, watching him teach Lin Liaoting and the others to read and practice swordsmanship. u0I71x

While he was teaching, Kan Wenxiao stood at the door and cautiously peeked inside.

His eyes were brimming with expectation and envy.

Jian Xiuyun knew what he was thinking, but he didn’t mean to entertain him, so he pretended not to notice.

Until one day, when he came out of Wu Yu Garden after teaching, he heard a cautious voice coming from behind him not long after he left. jclkGW

“Elder Brother.”

Jian Xiuyun turned around and saw Kan Wenxiao standing timidly behind him, his thin fingers tightly clutching the corners of his clothes. His eyes were wet, like an elk waiting for his master.

“What’s wrong?”

“Can I also call you Shizun?” Guk3YR

This sentence seemed to have used up all of his courage. As soon as he finished speaking, his eyes reddened. He lowered his head and did not dare to look at him, as if he had made a huge mistake.

When Kan Wenxiao heard this, his eyes widened instantly, as if he didn’t expect that he would really respond.

The corners of his mouth raised uncontrollably. He raised his hand to wipe the corners of his eyes, and loudly called out, “Shizun!”

“Yes.”

Jian Xiuyun from both lives responded to him at the same time, but with different moods. QREIJe

Just like the wind and snow that had been blowing for years was suddenly stopped by spring, Jian Xiuyun’s heart, which had been cold for a long time, warmed again.

He reached out and grabbed Kan Wenxiao’s shirt, feeling such unforgettable pain for the first time.

He finally felt that he had done something wrong, and hated himself for how he had ignored Kan Wenxiao’s sincerity all these years.

“I’m sorry, I’m sorry…” Jian Xiuyun buried his head in his palm and said over and over again. 6STnV2

Kan Wenxiao shouldn’t have turned out like this. How much of the current situation was his fault? If he had treated him well back then, if he had treated everyone equally, if he had been sincere since the beginning,

If, if….

He had really been called Shizun all these years in vain.

Kan Wenxiao raised his hand and swept his thumb across the corner of his eyes, wiping his tears. He smiled, and comforted, “Don’t cry, Shizun, I should also apologize.” TroLph

As he spoke, he reached out and pulled the sword out bit by bit.

The wound was no longer blocked and blood gushed out.

Jian Xiuyun panicked and reached out to block his wound, but was pulled into Kan Wenxiao’s arms.

The sword fell to the ground with a crisp sound, like a wail of farewell. dQT2Gh

Jian Xiuyun had never been like this before. He was clearly not the one who was hurt, but he still felt unbearable pain in his heart.

“You’re crazy, stop the bleeding!”

Jian Xiuyun yelled at him, but didn’t dare struggle for fear of opening his wound further.

Kan Wenxiao seemed to have heard nothing, lazily burying his head in the side of his neck, unknown whether he was asking Jian Xiuyun or himself, “Shizun, with all this blood between us, can we only repay for it with blood?” ye0IEk

Jian Xiuyun had a bad premonition in his heart and said hurriedly, “No, don’t talk nonsense!”

Unexpectedly, as soon as he finished speaking, a flash of light suddenly burst out around him.

Jian Xiuyun lowered his head and saw Kan Wenxiao’s hand dripping with blood, with a dark golden ball lying in the palm of his hand. It was a distraction stage golden core.

Jian Xiuyun felt like the world was spinning. He forgot his scruples for a moment and pushed him away. He reached out to touch him but didn’t dare, speaking with his voice full of disbelief, “You, what are you doing? Are you crazy?!” jhkwOA

Kan Wenxiao chuckled lightly, leaned back against the pillar, covering the wound on his chest with one hand and handing the golden core to him with the other.

“Shizun, can I use my golden core to compensate you for all the things I have done in these two lives? As of now, it is the cleanest thing on my body.”

The golden core left his body, and his spiritual power gradually began to dissipate.

The original wound became fatal. qcRhrA

Kan Wenxiao didn’t seem to care at all. His hands gradually dropped, but his face was full of relaxation and relief.

His eyes slowly closed, and his last words rang out among the breeze, “If there is an afterlife…”

But before he finished speaking, his voice died down.

Jian Xiuyun poured his spiritual power into his body like a madman. Tears streamed down his face in large drops, and he gritted his teeth as he said, “No, no, I don’t want your golden core. Kan Wenxiao, please wake up!” GKXqvS

The snow fell in droves, seeming to cover everything up.

Amidst Jian Xiuyun’s shouts, the lights lit up layer by layer.

Although the Fusang Clan’s golden core was very precious and this one was in the distraction stage, Jian Xiuyun still refused to keep it and infused it back in Kan Wenxiao’s body. xc0ugI

Jian Xiuyun felt that he had made progress.

But from this incident, he finally realized how much he cared about Kan Wenxiao.

Story translated by Chrysanthemum Garden.

Whether it was the entanglement in the previous life or this life, let it pass.

He can’t dwell on it further. E03egk

Although it was really difficult for this master and disciple to overcome the psychological hurdle when they were together, he might as well give it a try.

Thinking of this, he admired Kan Wenxiao a little. Why was he moved so easily?

He didn’t know whether Kan Wenxiao was upset with him or not. He was in a coma for five days without any signs of waking up.

Jian Xiuyun’s life was much simpler. S19i3D

Every day, besides sleeping, he would stay by his bedside. No, he even slept by his bedside. Of course, they didn’t sleep together. He just set up a couch beside the bed to sleep as he pleased.

On the sixth day, Kan Wenxiao still didn’t wake up.

Jian Xiuyun sat by the bed, took a spoonful of water and carefully fed it to him.

While feeding, he sighed, “Why aren’t you awake yet? If you continue like this, I’m afraid I will regret it one day and dig out your golden core again.” nagjPw

After saying that, he hesitated for a moment, then said, “I’m lying to you. I have already decided to be a good Shizun from now on.”

Of course, no one answered. Jian Xiuyun was used to it and continued talking to himself.

“I saw the letter you wrote.” Jian Xiuyun’s voice suddenly deepened, “The entire cultivation world belongs to you, aren’t you happy?”

“All the beauties are yours, but you don’t even want them. What a waste, what a waste.” XRBdyC

“You will not die, you are the protagonist.”’

“…”

After feeding him a bowl of water, Jian Xiuyun had finished speaking. He stood up, put the bowl away, and sat down next to him again.

Feeling a little sleepy, Jian Xiuyun did not return to his couch. Instead, he held Kan Wenxiao’s hand, lay on the edge of the bed and closed his eyes. iSdtU8

Being this close, maybe he will come to him in his dreams at night.

Unexpectedly, it was a dreamless night.

Early the next morning, Jian Xiuyun slowly sat up while rubbing his numb arms. As soon as he stretched out, he met a pair of smiling eyes.

Jian Xiuyun was stunned for a moment, even forgetting to retract his arm. v76 UP

He looked at the person in front of him, feeling like he was in a dream. He didn’t even dare to breathe, for fear that he hadn’t woken up yet.

Until Kan Wenxiao took his arm and rubbed it gently, the warm touch telling him that the person in front of him was really Kan Wenxiao, and he was awake.

“Shizun.” Kan Wenxiao called him.

Jian Xiuyun’s eyes reddened a bit, and he lost all care and reserve, throwing himself into his arms and responding with a choked sob, “Yes!” cT1WM9

  1. … … Speechless

Thank you for the update. Their relationship is really toxic but at least now they are honest and open with each other which is a huge improvement so … Congratulations for finally being together lol

  2. This is another book where the end just doesn’t justify…….anything. I have no idea what the main premise was and their feelings were still unclear in the end. I feel like just like when KW died before, JX still didn’t learn his lesson regarding his treatment of him or how he was supposed to improve as a character.

Even now, you ‘promise to be a ‘good Shizun’, he had multiple chances and still chose definitely selfish paths. I understand KW was the bad guy, but I truly believe no one won here. I’m glad they will be together, but they will most likely forever have a strained relationship because JX just doesn’t harbor enough feelings for him and KW will merely tag along because of his obsession. It’s not necessarily bittersweet. It’s needlessly sad. It was a decent read, though.

  3. END???? Eennnddd????

I confirm exactly all bleeding diamond words.
