Translator's Note

The entire phrase is 骄纵狠毒自私无情 – jiao zong (arrogant) hen du (malicious) zi si (selfish) wu qing (ruthless).

Translator's Note

虬结 – Qiu jie, phrased together it can mean a closely-linked association. However, in this context, it seems to refer to a burgeoning result. In this case, Tianheng’s muscles.

  3. Hope youre feeling better now. <3

And as always… thanks for the chapter.

Regarding footnote 1, the missing text should be 导火索

-Although Qi Feng was the one who killed QTY, Bai Wenjun was the fuse/the direct cause (that lead to said event)-

  4. Glad to hear you're feeling better. Thanks for the new chapter!

    Just one translation note:

"Besides the limitations of the Xiantian prerequisites, his patron couldn’t refine medicine. It didn’t seem improbable… Maybe he didn’t want to be regarded as a child?" –> These two lines would actually better translate to: "Beside the inborn limitations preventing his patron from practicing medicine, it doesn't seem like there's anything he can't do…perhaps we can add he can't bear children? Actually, if someone his patron told GZ that he had figured out the solution to M/M pregnancy, GZ felt that he wouldn't be surprised."

(So our MC is already thinking of children. winkwinknudgenudge)

    ——- SPOILER ———

Qi Tianyou turns out to be Gu Zuo's biological twin brother. I mean, it makes total sense with the both of them being adopted, looking alike, and both having medicinal beads and high pharmacist potential.

QTY's body will be sticking around for a while in GZ's holding space. Eventually, he'll resurrect QTY.

It also means that by feudal law, GZ totally has the right to take revenge on behalf of his little bro against the Qi and Bai families. You could call his revenge in this chapter karmic just desserts.

    • i had a headcanon of GZ telling GTH that QTY was his twin, and that he wants to avenge his brother… but i never thought this was actually canon :O also, im curious if they’re twins how did GZ end up in the modern world after separation? anyways little bro will be resurrected, im happy he can get a second chance in life having a brother who can care for him as family

  5. Is this… A hint to mpreg…? w huehuehue thanks for the chapter! Hope you get healthier so that you don't fall ill too often! //Coz getting ill sucks -_-

  6. Hi, thanks for translating! I hope you feel better!

p.s. in the first chapter they tell how the body is disposed of: GZ is struck by the truck and in an instant he disappears and another identical body reappears and his crushed. gross, but if other commenters are to be believed Tianyou "recovers" from his demise.

  7. I want to ogle Tianheng too.  (✪ω✪)

  8. Was it implied that the one who gets pregnant is the male lead? Or the male lead will be able to impregnate a male?

  9. “Actually, if someday his patron told Gu Zuo that he’d already broken
through the boundaries of male pregnancy, then Gu Zuo felt that he
    wouldn’t be surprised.

    More than three months later.”

this train of thought !!! 😂😂😂

  10. no one:

    no one at all:

silly gu zuo: i won’t surprised if my patron can can preg someday.

    lmao boy.

    thank you for the chapter!
