   • I don’t think there’s anything vain or wrong with not wanting to marry someone who cannot cultivate in this setting.He cannot help care for n protect the family. It’s equivalent to not wanting to marry someone extremely poor or homeless in modern times. It would prob be the same if the tables were turned n the only reason it might not be would be if the women are mostly expected to provide heirs etc n not much else in marriage. Pianpian is foolishness in her own way. She wanted to marry the sect master bc of 7 point fate but hes also rly strong like she said so saying she’s not foolish or vain is a stretch.
