  1. ”Sure enough, when following his big brother, there was meat to eat… ” more like dog food and tofu ahahahha

  2. Oh man, this Elder is so good!

I bet Tianheng will be bringing the rest of his dragon team and his family dumplings over! Here is to hoping Gu Zuo will also recruit more pharmacists to help with business!

  3. this dude is so happy to get the random prescriptions gu zuo deemed unimportant x’DDD

    thanks for the chapter!!

  4. Gu Zuo was envious when he first became aware of the difference between Core Disciples and Inner Sect disciples.

Can someone tell me if which of those use higher in rank? Core or inner… core right?

    😅

    • I think it was outer sect disciple -> inner sect disciple -> core disciple -> true apprentice, and then after that would probably be elder status: outer sect elder, inner sect elder, grand elder

  5. This is like the…third? time they moved within a year, lol. Also, GZ is being a little worrywart over Tianyang’s future love life. Even if (and it’s a big if) his cultivation falls behind Li Ziwei, Tianheng and Gu Zuo obviously would still surpass everyone, and in laws are a big consideration to feudal marriages.

    Translation notes:

If other people followed after Qingyun Sect, he would naturally be out of luck. –> The others all left with QY Sect, thus he would naturally be out of luck. (ie. if all the others of the sec left, he’d get targeted)

It appeared like…they weren’t unacquainted? –> It appeared like…they weren’t on the same side?

And it seemed that Tianheng’s luck potential was both excellent and discreet. –> And it seemed GYTH’s luck and potential was excellent, and he was discreet.

  6. Thanks for the translation! I’m enjoying this story a lot. I think “lineage” or something else would be more appropriate than “bloodline” in this context, since the people involved seem to mostly not be related by blood.

    • I concur, also I think he’ll go for the cultivation methods cuz he’s got to find ones to build his and to make some for his peeps.

    • Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really appreciate your input, and it’s something I’ll definitely take into consideration.

The author uses [ 一脉 ] quite often throughout the story. In the first two volumes, she uses this term to describe the trace ancestry of true dragons running through the veins of the Dragon-Scaled Horses, as well as a reference to the Gongyi Clan Head’s immediate family members. For now, I’ll keep 一脉 as “bloodline”, but I’ll make the corresponding edits if things change. (It’s very tempting, though.)

      Thanks again! 😀

  7. Sooo many benefits looking forward to see what Tianheng will do w his 100 tokens 🤔 Thank u for the chapter🤗

  8. Spirit weapon, don’t need. I have one already.

Cultivation method, don’t need. I have a personalized one.

Pills, don’t need. I have my own personal alchemist with a golden finger.

    😉 Thank you

  9. Ahhhh it gets more exciting each time. I probably should stop reading and store some chapters so I can binge read…. 😁😌

  10. Tianheng does parkour the ranks. Others might just as well cough blood. That Jiusi guy might be squeezed lemon now with envy.

Tianheng really has a complicated thinking. While Ah Zuo’s trash is other people’s treasure („ಡωಡ„)
