I have the same theory.. If that’s the case i hope SY could make ZH love him again and regain memories.
This is my thoughts too. Since ZXH is like a special being, he has better position to negotiate. And The Voice is considering to observe their situations again, and I think this is like a probation period, if they pass the judgement they can have it all (SY doesn’t get deleted & ZXH can have his memories back).
They will meet again in the next world and SY gradually can feel that the unknown actor is a bit familiar with ZXH.

Call me cruel, but I really was hoping for a BE here, even though I know the novel goes on. Ever since the first arc, I’ve been waiting to see ML suffer. Now that I’m denied, I don’t know how I feel.
There’s a little bit of ML abuse. And I lot of testing ML’s patience. ML gets jealous a whole lot more here on out. I think rather than abuse, the author is going for more of a slow change/redemption story to his character. In 9 and 10 he does try to mellow out and be more tolerant though…lol. The poor guy does have it rough imo. ~~esp in 10 though I’m only 3 chapters in~~
I have a feeling that ZH made a deal in exchange for SY existence. Possibly his memories as payment.
