Yu Ran originally just says “I’ll fight you!” When he says that, the kanji used for fight is ‘一决雌雄,’ where the last two ‘雌雄’ means ‘male and female’ as well, and if we add 同体 and make it ‘雌雄同体,’ it means ‘hermaphrodite.’ So, Li Ziyao replies, “I’m a T (tomboy).”
I know, the joke goes over one’s head when explained up to this point, so I just added ‘girlie’ to make the joke work in English translation as well.

He feels that a devil is residing inside him. He even thinks that his teeth is the embodiment of his love for Chu Mian and treats it as his son. He uses a tattoo sticker to suppress his feelings. He thinks he has “degenerated.”Compared to all this, what has Chu Mian even gone through? He is even stingy even when it comes to sending a message. He is just shy and is having all these first world problems of love. He is aware of his feelings, has gotten hints that Yu Ran likes him too, knows how to approach the other party, etc etc. but still hasn’t taken the initiative. On the other hand, Yu Ran doesn’t even think that it’s possible for the two of them to be together.Anyway, their suffering is soon gonna end, so don’t worry!
