Zhang Ming himself just opted to sit by the side with his feet in the water, enjoying the sun for a little bit.
A small group of the boys move off to the side, shoving each other with a laugh and settle close to Zhang Ming.

“Mannn we’ll stay away from Elizabeth if you want us to.” The boy said with a huff.
“All the girls, Nathan.” Ivo’s eyes narrowed.
“Alright, alright! We’ll stop!” Lee said with a sweatdrop, his hands raised placatingly.
“They really are gorgeous though…” Nathan said with an almost adoring sigh, “I have eyes and I speak the truth.”
“You can think they’re gorgeous and speak the truth without being a creep, or you’ll have no more eyes next time.” Ivo settles his hands on his hip.
Nathan pouted and opened his mouth to say something before Lee smacked him to cover his mouth with a shake of his head.
Zhang Ming released an internal sigh. Thank god for Ivo.
“Seriously though, do you think Elizabeth is hot?” Nathan wiggles his eyebrows at Ivo.
The boy himself deadpans at him and with a shove— “AHH!” Splash— Nathan was in the water with squawking protests while Lee laughed at his misfortune.
Zhang Ming almost snickered before he felt the world fall off underneath him.
He sputtered with water in his mouth, nose and got into his eyes before finally resurfacing.
“Hi— wait, are you okay?” Was what the criminal who dragged him into the water said.
Zhang Ming’s eyes would’ve twitched if he wasn’t rubbing the irritation from the chlorine out of it.
“Rubbing it doesn’t help, it’ll make it worse.” The criminal— Reke— piped up.
“Shut up. This wouldn’t even have happened if you just didn’t drag me into the pool like that.” He couldn’t resist and finally snapped at him, glaring at him with red-rimmed eyes and soaking wet hair.
“You must not interact with the Second Male Lead. Background Character D has no Scenarios with this character.” The World System reminds him once more.
“What do you want from me?! The guy dragged me in the pool!” he said in irritation but the System went silent after the warning.
He bit his lip to keep the frustrated noise in before he hoists himself out of the pool and walks back to the showers.
“Zhang Ming, wait—”

Reke winced as the door to the showers swung close with a harsh bang.
“Ooh… That didn’t look too good.” Liz said, walking up behind him.
He sighed and turned to face her, “I just thought it’d be fun to get him into the pool.”
“Maybe it wasn’t the best choice to startle him like that for ‘fun’.” She said, making quotation marks with her hands.
“…yeah, I concede to that.” Reke admits, “I should go and apologize… if he would even let me talk to him.”
“Give him a bit more time. Let him calm down for a second or so.” He hums in agreement, looking back at the doors.
