As for QY commenting on how Zhang wants to do something to his blood-related brother, lemme just say this first – someone cannot denounce your crimes if you didn’t commit those crimes (ok, I’m not talking about having connection with the government and making up charges). And second, being blood-related shouldn’t mean Zhang has to endure all the shit the others seem to throw at him.
I’ve noticed way too many people who take this blood-related thing as some sort of unbreakable vow or something. But it can only be so when there’s mutual respect. And that respect has to be present even between a younger generation and an older one. Of course, the older generation has different respect they need to show to the younger generation than younger to younger (I.e. Not bully, not take advantage of seniority etc I think these can also be part of the general term reapect). One can’t be subject to all sorts of abuse and still be expected to have any positive view of the perpetrators even if they’re blood-related.
I feel like the major difference is Zhang only has revenge in his sights not little fishy. Su respects him and feels camaraderie with little fishy. Some people just don’t click. Though I agree blood relations shouldn’t be seen as unbreakable.
