It means someone foul/ bad smelling, also an adjective for repulsive, loathsome, terrible, etc. This translator doubts people would hurl ‘stinky you’ as a common insult unless from kids or if the setting allows it. The closest I could think of is ‘freaking’. It’s not a flat-out cuss word, but still enough to get its point across.
