The Black Saint is My StalkerCh115 - Extremely compromising position

Edited by dreamandwonder

She fell, like a meteor breaking through the earth’s atmosphere, bright and flaming. Magic sizzled around Andraste, her very being ripped to shreds as she barreled into the net of spellwork and multidimensional structure. The surrounding protection spells and the mana beheld in the Edelstein Pillar itself tore through and disintegrated her body, but Andraste was not so bothered. vc2S5E

A pale hand reached out, her eyes burning from staring at the lines of magic directly. Miasma danced around her, the last line of a protective shell.

A small grin lifted her lips.

She grabbed ahold of a string of magic and pulled. The light from the spellwork expanded until it engulfed everything, seeping from the window until the entire building became a blinding beacon of light. Miasma leaked from Andraste’s body like a dam, broken, pouring into the Edelstein Pillar’s magical structure.

More and more and more, until it tore her body to shreds— WdfrzU

Until nothing was left.

Even the miasma got devoured.

And for a moment, everything was silent. Thunder roared next, the entire city shook, citizens cried and escaped their homes out of fright, only to be doused in bright light as the boom shook the ground. Smoke and dust began to rise; the Edelstein Pillar that stood years proud began to crumble to the ground.

The floor, the ceiling, and walls were shaking. Han Li stood there frozen, his gaze veered upward as debris tumbled from above. The explosion of magic above him was bright and lustrous. With his third eye, he could see the webs of spellwork unfold, collide and combust.

He had no strength to run. And he thought about the prospects of surviving if he simply closed his eyes and rested, clawing his way out of rumble once the time came.

For some reason, it seemed plausible in his mind, and in his mind, hazy from exhaustion, he believed that Graham was going to leave him behind.

Of course, the Saint of Eternity did no such thing. iB JcD

Graham grabbed ahold of Han Li’s wrist, but when he pulled on it, the half-demon stumbled into his body. With a click of his tongue, the Saint of Eternity wasted not a single second, hauling Han Li into his arms.

A thundering pain blistered through Han Li’s body, leaving him dazed as the world swung around him.

“Wait…!” Han Li said weakly with a strained voice as Graham rounded the corner, dashing toward the stairs. “You can’t just leave…!” You can’t just leave your wife’s corpse cold on the ground… Han Li’s dull eyes and hazy mind could not look away from the tangled mass of strawberry blond; blood pooling beneath her dainty figure. Slabs of concrete, plastics, and glass came apart and fell.

But he held Han Li close, kicking down the door to access the stairwell without hesitation. “The living is more important than the dead,” he bit out bluntly.

“Oh…mm,” Han Li mumbled tiredly. But he conceded, because he supposed that Graham’s words made some sense. LrzY i

Originally he hadn’t intended to show his weakness, but when Graham’s body heat was pressed so close, he could help but close his eyes and lean in.

Badump. Badump badump badump.

Oh, it’s a little fast, isn’t it? Han Li smiled at the thought, his eyes closed as fatigue settled in. Despite the roaring rumble, the swaying world, and Graham’s racing heart, Han Li felt his consciousness slip.

As unfortunate as it may be, even his demonic powers had their limits. And Han Li lamented that these limits had been reached. hgiPSE

He could hear distant cries, distinctive shouting, people who screamed in fear and anguish. Powerless, he couldn’t even raise a finger to go to their aid, to devour the wrath that so plagued them in these final moments.

Han Li remained limp in Graham’s arms, carried away from the wreckage.

He wouldn’t wake until…

Until… uVp3MX

He had no idea.

Only that his consciousness had slipped, and returned with a sharp gasp. The room he was in was dark, but it posed no issue for his ruby eyes, Han Li clawed the soft sheets beneath him, disorientation ripe as pain ate through his flesh and marrow.

Breathe. He needed to breathe. zxBrkR

But with each heaving gasp of air, his lungs burned terribly and his head swam with confusion.

There was something divine in the air, impossibly heavy and incompatible with his very being.

Holy energy was dense in the air. But it was not Graham’s.

Foreign, unfamiliar, dismantling his power in a way that violated his existence and soul. Disgust washed over him and the slow festering of panic awoke. With a sharp hiccup, Han Li touched his earring with shaking fingers. The communication spell was accessed. ymEGhd

‘Graham, what the fuck is going on!?’

‘Wait,’ Graham’s reply came instantly. Just that sound of his voice gave Han Li a moment of clarity. He peeled his eyes open, staring at the old, vintage room that he occupied. The bed he inhabited was large, king-sized with a draping sheer canopy that kept him encased. He could not make out the details of the furnishing that inhabited the room, only the vague flickers of candlelight and—

Oh. Was that a suit of armor in the corner of the room?

Han Li expelled a painful chuckle, which only caused him to curl further in on himself. He felt like shit. Which…he realized might as well be the norm from now on. The fracture on his soul wasn’t going away. Only this time, he couldn’t quite muster the same composure he’d been capable of back on the Earthbound Layer. Sweat drenched his body, shivering uncontrolled. I4Yql9

Just when he thought his headache couldn’t worsen, the sound of a door swinging open assaulted his sensitive hearing.

Han Li groaned miserably, burying his face into soft silken sheets.

Chrysanthemum Garden.

The mattress dipped. There was a cracking sound, magic sizzled and holy energy dispersed. Han Li drew in a deep breath, his body going limp in the mattress that embraced him. Finally, the air was easier to breathe, his pain alleviated some, but not entirely.

He felt a hand brush through his hair, tickling his nape. Embarrassingly, he was painfully aware of the fact that Graham’s hand was ungloved. lKLWP4

“Mmmnnnghhrrrrr,” Han Li grumbled intelligently into the sheets. He didn’t dare to look up, but somehow he found himself comforted by the Saint of Eternity’s presence.

“…” Graham remained quiet. The weight on the bed shifted and Han Li’s heart throbbed loudly. Instead of the presence distancing as he would have expected, something—or someone loomed above him.

One long moment, two, and Han Li was incredibly aware of the person who lied down next to him. When he dared to lift his gaze, he noticed that Graham occupied the bed, semi-reclined, resting on his elbow. A complicated expression clouded his handsome face and Han Li was overcome with the desire to kiss him. It pricked him with low strumming anger, one that brewed warmth in the pit of his belly.

The Saint of Eternity sighed, the hand in Han Li’s hair traveled to the back of his neck, before sliding down the length of his spine, causing him to shiver. He drew circles into Han Li’s back and he wanted to melt into the touch. “How are you feeling?” 8GTxDm

Like shit, Han Li wished to reply, but somehow his lashes fluttered, body arcing into the hand that pressed against him. He wanted to bask in this feeling forever. His demon soul was so clear, so loud with its wants, so ready to receive anything and everything that Graham would offer to give.

And he ached for Graham, desired him sorely, so much so that he brimmed with festering anger, but the kind that enticed him to sink his teeth into something, to tear it apart out of the love in his heart.

Emotions, for a wrath demon, were strange and different compared to his more mellow, human heart.

Like a pleased cat, he groaned into the pillow beneath him, trying his best to prevent himself from scooching in closer. “I…I’m fine. Just…mmm, tired.” ymNPF0

“…I had an array set up. Something that would filter the miasma you dispelled. It seemed that you did not take well to it,” Graham’s low voice had that lovely drawl to it and it was music to Han Li’s ear.

“Oh,” he replied stupidly, his brain slow to process Graham’s words. “Felt different.”

Graham raised a brow. “What do you mean?” Han Li loved the way that the warm hues from candlelight played off against his skin. He loved the sharp line of Graham’s jaw, the secret flicker of emotion that remained hidden within his pupils, and the perfect curls that rested upon his head.

Han Li sighed, feeling frustratingly hopeless. “Holy energy wasn’t yours. Didn’t like it.” U9D5Jr

Graham’s hand stopped the comforting motion. But the touch remained. “Ah. It was Miguel’s spell. Are you saying that you’d be alright if it had been mine?”

There was something about his voice, almost teasing. Was Han Li imagining it?

Knowing Graham, it was definitely not his imagination.

“Mm.” Han Li nodded lazily. 71lS9K

What he did not expect was for the hand on his back to hook around his waist. Graham closed the gap between them and sighed. “I see. Then you’ll have to forgive me. Perhaps I should have done this earlier?”

Done what?

Han Li ‘s eyes widened from surprise, confusion amok. Without much resistance, Graham pulled the half-demon into his lap, Han Li’s back against his chest.

No matter how one looked at it, wasn’t this position extremely compromising…? 8kyAVn

  1. Really curious about the state of the world now that the barrier has fallen 👀

And also what kind of chaos there will be now

  2. Who cares about Andraste ? Let the other Saints confirm her death or not.

Show us the next move Graham!! 🍆 if it’s a good one the tackiness of bringing Han Li to your old bedroom that you possibly shared with Aiobhinn will be overlooked. 💦

    • LMFAOOO

      n-next move h-huh sweats profusely
AHAHAHHA it’s oki, no bed that graham ever shared with aoibhinn still exists in this world ; w ;….

  3. Thankyuuu for the chapterr~~

So did grams move on!? Are we getting SMEXY TIMES now? Gah is han lu bby okay will his soul get mended i have so many question is Andraste the bitch dead? Pleaseee be dead. Ahhhh gnsmhsieka

  4. So the pillar was destroyed or was it only damaged from the top, since the witch failed in her mission? Did it tear down the barrier as a whole… Miguel, the Saint of Barriers will have one hell of a headache with restoring it… that is if Andraste had really perished, which I highly doubt.

Wow, Graham… you are really bold… me likey 😍 Please go on!

But will this help Han Li restore his fractured soul?

    Thank you for the chapter!!!

    • ehhee o w o who knows
LOL he won’t be the only know…alas.

  6. ….did Andraste die?????????

also, congrats to Han Li for getting carried in Graham’s arm~

also, congrats to Han Li for sitting on Graham’s lap~~

  7. Okay so as much as I want some smexy times, I feel like it’s too soon after all the Aoibhinn mess.

Somehow I can imagine our dear author laughing evilly after enticing us with some fluff, only to… well just a case of Graham dispelling Han Li demonic nature as usual (please tell me I’m wrong >.<)

And did Andraste succeed ? I kind of feel she’s juste the top of the iceberg. Preparing for the invasion of someone bigger like Han Li’s dad. Graham beware of your father-in-law !!! x)

    • l-laughing evilly!? i-i would never…! I am s-sweet a-and innocent…!!

o w o who knows! she certainly seemed pleased with herself with whatever she did….!

  8. I can’t wait to see how his damaged soul will change Han Li. I feel there are already hints about his changing tendencies and personality in this chapter. More demonic. I don’t think I’m seeing things, might have been though. Lol. I can’t wait for the next chapter, thank you for the update! ♥️
