“Young Master Wen, it is my greatest honor that you have decided to come meet me today.” Sitting opposite of Wen Zhuhei, a woman sat with a beautiful smile on.
Her name was Ting Baihua. By her side, her older brother, Ting Zhongshui was seated next to her with a cold expression on.
Wen Zhuhei sat opposite of them with a light smile on his face, eyes lighting up with gentleness in them. His handsome face was lighted up with his temperament, kind and caring, often said to be a gentleman.

His words were said with utmost care and this made him even more outstanding for the eyes.
Ting Baihua showed a smile at this, eyes lighting up by Wen Zhuhei’s reply. Though, a bit of craftiness was evident, she hurriedly masked it up. Wen Zhuhei was a handsome man, with deep pockets and a cousin who was rich and powerful. Without much trouble, Wen Zhuhei would be the next heir without a doubt.
“Young Master Wen, my sister is still young and hence, a bit foolish. If she does anything to slight you, please don’t mind her actions.” Ting Zhongshui said, a tough coldness in his voice.
The two were half-siblings, having different mothers. Ting Zhongshui will care for his sister so long as she does not try to ruin his position and make trouble for him. As he was the legitimate heir to the Ting family, a sister like this could make or break his power, especially with her slyness.
Wen Zhuhei let out a soft chuckle, like bells ringing on a breezy day, his eyes were filled with a warm light. “Young Master Ting, I assure you that Young Miss Ting seems to be a very mature lady. In fact, she seems very open and friendly.”
Ting Baihua lifted a hand to hide her smile, even as her eyes couldn’t hide the dark glance that seemed to want to capture Wen Zhuhei. Just a bit more, it seemed like she would be able to get him soon…
Wen Zhuhei chatted with the two for a while longer inside of the private room of the restaurant. Throughout the whole time, he was smiling and laughing.
The sun was already beginning to set when Ting Zhongshui and Ting Baihua finally left.
“Young Master Wen, I will wait to hear good news.” Ting Zhongshui said his goodbye and along with him, Ting Baihua looked back with a shy smile.
Wen Zhuhei’s eyes were warm as he simply replied, “Please await the good news, Young Master Ting.” Saying this, his eyes lingered on Ting Baihua for a moment, you could almost see the sparks flying out.
Ting Baihua looked away as she then said, “Young Master Wen, until the next time we meet, please be healthy.”
With that, they took their leave as they closed the door.
Once sure that they had left, Wen Zhuhei returned back to his seat, a cold expression on his face with piercing cold eyes. There was a dangerous air coming from him as he sat on the seat.
Wen Zhuhei licked his fang, in his hand, he swirled a glass of wine. At least he was able to make more progress, and it seemed like Chen Shujin wasn’t going to monitor his actions. Well, even if he had done so, Wen Zhuhei would had made sure that no one would be able to tell him anyway.
If he could get close to the Ting family, he would be able to get closer to destroying the second vampire hunters’ headquarter.
The first hunters’ headquarter had already been destroyed. As it did not reside in Jiibeng, there wasn’t much commotion but the government was looking into what had happened. It was only a pity that no matter what they tried to do, they won’t be able to find out what happened.

The Wu, Qian, Qi families had slowly fallen under the eyes of many as their criminal acts were revealed. Now, he was working on the Ting family, a family that had hands working with the vampire hunters.
Ting Baihua was the woman who had tried to seduce Chen Shujin right in front of his eyes. Now, Wen Zhuhei marked her as someone he had to get rid of as soon as he could. With his identity solidifying in Jiibeng, while Chen Shujin had been dealing with the company and some vampire matters, Wen Zhuhei was free to do what he wanted.
As Wen Zhuhei glanced down at his phone, seeing the time, he knew that he needed to get back to the villa soon. It was already 8, the sun had already set and Chen Shujin would be returning soon.
As Wen Zhuhei stood up, he fixed the expression on his face. Without much work, a kind smile was on his face, his aura gentle and calming. He fixed the cuffs of his suit and also fixed his tie. Once he was sure that nothing seemed suspicious enough for Chen Shujin to find out, he left the restaurant.

“The Young Master will be returning soon, Your Majesty. The Ting siblings had invited the Young Master out this afternoon, he must still be with them.” Standing next to the door, Lu Hongxue whispered to Chen Shujin who had a frown in his eyes.
“How long has he been gone for?” Chen Shujin questioned in turn. Ever since coming to Jiibeng, Wen Zhuhei seemed more secretive and it wasn’t hard to know that he was up to something. Not that Chen Shujin was angry, but he had never seen this side of the man he loved before.
Lu Hongxue closed the door to the villa as she replied, “The Young Master had sent a message that he will be back shortly, perhaps fifteen minutes from now.” She slowly walked behind Chen Shujin.
Chen Shujin raised a brow but didn’t say anything. He knew that Wen Zhuhei was a bit strange, but he also knew that Wen Zhuhei was not going to harm him. It seemed like Wen Zhuhei didn’t want him to know about what he was trying to do.
Chen Shujin waved a hand as he ordered, “When he comes back, tell him that he needs to come to my office.”
“Yes, Your Majesty.” Lu Hongxue accepted as she watched him walk up the stairs.
Lu Hongxue passed by some maids as she stepped into the garden. Suddenly, she touched her head as a wave of pain entered. She paused her steps as a thought passed her mind but she couldn’t remember it. What did she forget to say?

Chen Shujin had spent two full weeks in Jiibeng. During this time, Wen Zhuhei’s love meter was slowly climbing up, now resting at a steady 94% as they spent more time together. Recently, there had been more things going on in the company so Chen Shujin had been busy dealing with that. He had also been helping Chen Xueyi with some issues in the vampire city.
And, Chen Shujin had also been focusing on Su Heliang, the main character of this world. The main character had just been living in the Qi family for a while and the family had already fallen from its widely famed power. Now, Su Heliang’s life was widely unknown but Chen Shujin found out that he had his friend, Qi Wuliao, who had helped him with a place to live at.
Now that it was impossible for Wen Zhuhei and Su Heliang to grow close to one another, there was almost no chance that the world would progress like what Chen Shujin knew of. Plus, with Qi Wuliao now helping Su Heliang, he was sure to stop Su Heliang if he ever tried to get close to Wen Zhuhei.
Chen Shujin tapped his desk with his fingers. It looked like he would have to get rid of Qi Wuliao one way or another.
Just then, a knock came from the door.
“Shujin, can I come in?”
Wen Zhuhei was finally back.
“Come in,” Chen Shujin called out as he grabbed some papers from his drawer and smirked quickly before his face returned to normal. It was time to act out a play. Now, he wanted to see how Wen Zhuhei would react.
Wen Zhuhei opened up the door, though there was not a smile on his face, his eyes were warm. He sat on a chair, watching as Chen Shujin stood up with some papers in his hand.
Chen Shujin handed the paper to Wen Zhuhei.
Wen Zhuhei was a bit confused but he didn’t show it on his face as he grabbed the paper and watched Chen Shujin sit opposite of him.
As he read the first sentence, Wen Zhuhei looked up at once. “What is this?”
“The daughter of the Ting Family wants an engagement with you. Since you have already met her, I thought that she seemed to like you and you seemed to like her too. Or, is my thought wrong?” Chen Shujin didn’t flinch even as he saw how Wen Zhuhei’s eyes darkened. He wanted to see just what Wen Zhuhei was trying to hide from him and how he was intending to do it.
Wen Zhuhei’s grip on the paper tightened and he calmed himself but deep down, he was angry yet also sad. If anything, being told by the man he loved about this information hurt ten times more than it should. Chen Shujin didn’t seem to care much about it, and Wen Zhuhei was struck ten times. He loved Chen Shujin more than anything, of course he couldn’t get engaged with Ting Baihua.
When Wen Zhuhei had met up with the Ting siblings, he had not expect that the Head of the Ting Family had already gotten in touch with Chen Shujin. If he had known this, he would have used his artifact instead of what he had done.
“Do you want me to get engaged with her?” Asking this, Wen Zhuhei looked up into Chen Shujin’s eyes. There was a somber light within them that he didn’t try to hide.
Chen Shujin was unfazed, merely shrugging his shoulder. “The decision is yours, I will never control you. If you like her then being together with her won’t be bad.”
Hearing this, Wen Zhuhei inhaled a sharp breath of air. Chen Shujin didn’t know his feelings, so why did Wen Zhuhei expect him to say something else? In fact, Wen Zhuhei knew that Chen Shujin didn’t seem to look at him the way he did. Chen Shujin treated him as family, yet Wen Zhuhei had such feelings towards someone who had saved him and gave him everything he now had.
But, to suppress his feelings was too hard. His whole life was built up around Chen Shujin, his whole existence was solely for him.
Wen Zhuhei’s eyes flickered. Should he? But, he couldn’t bear the thought of using his artifact on Chen Shujin. Even as he thought this, Wen Zhuhei was also losing. If he used it, Chen Shujin would be his, he would love him no matter what. He wouldn’t leave him… So he reached for his ring…
“Shujin?”
Chen Shujin looked up towards Wen Zhuhei’s eyes, suddenly feeling a strong force of power take over his body.

Wen Zhuhei watched as Chen Shujin paused before his eyes glossed over.
Suddenly, Wen Zhuhei was sure that it had worked. Now, he didn’t know what to do.
Wen Zhuhei got up, throwing away the papers in his hand as he walked near Chen Shujin and raised a hand to touch his face.
It worked, and now, Chen Shujin was his to control as he wished.
“Shujin, kiss me. Kiss me as if I am the person that you love more than anything in this world.”
With his command, Chen Shujin stood up, his tall and strong build looming over Wen Zhuhei’s as he grabbed Wen Zhuhei’s hand, pushing it down towards the couch as Wen Zhuhei fell down. Then, Chen Shujin raised Wen Zhuhei’s hand above his head as Wen Zhuhei stared in shock.
Chen Shujin slammed his lips down onto Wen Zhuhei, aggressive as his tongue pushed past Wen Zhuhei’s lips, sucking and playing with Wen Zhuhei’s. His golden eyes were closed, but his handsome face seemed to have melted, his normal coldness gone.
Wen Zhuhei relaxed his body, allowing Chen Shujin to play with him as he wished, and he responded to Chen Shujin.
Within the now quiet room, only the sounds of gasps, pants, and occasional moans were heard.
Wen Zhuhei didn’t say anything else other than this. He lingered within the warmth and kiss of the other as Chen Shujin continued to kiss him out of control, his fangs would rub against Wen Zhuhei’s lips from his aggressiveness, eyes closed to receive it.
After roughly five minutes had passed, Wen Zhuhei finally pulled away and uttered, “Stop.”
Chen Shujin let go of Wen Zhuhei’s wrist, standing up as his eyes remained glossed over.
Wen Zhuhei rubbed his wrists, his lips red with a tiny amount of blood from being scrapped against. He was still in shock, but he knew what he had to do.
“When I leave this room, you will snap out of being controlled.”
Then, Wen Zhuhei fixed his clothes as he hurriedly left without another look back.

When he had left, the man within the room raised his lips, a smirk on his lips as he suddenly let out a tiny chuckle. This was going to be interesting, it seemed like he had really raised a wolf.
He licked his lips as his golden eyes flickered with intense emotions within them.
