I do feel better knowing that they don’t have anyone else as family that they can judge maturity by and the setting makes them practically adults already. But still it’s weird but at the same time it’s not because both are 13 I guess.
Idk y anyone is weirded out by thus. Their 13 is different from our perception of 13. Bein engaged to marry young was the norm plus the cultivation setting makes them more mature than we expect.
I think that a proposal is not too much. In this kind of setting it’s basically asking for a serious relationship. While asking for dating would be a casual relationship
I have mixed feelings about the quick proposal (especially with their mental age differences), but I’m glad they decided to be direct instead of manipulative. Liu Mufeng could totally have used their knowledge of the story to skew things in their favor. At least this way Jiang Xu knows their intentions.
