The Disabled Tyrant’s Pet Palm Fish [Transmigration]Chapter 61

Li Yu was originally focused on gnawing on the sheep leg when suddenly he was taken advantage of, making him both embarrassed and frustrated.

He felt like the original novel was completely all lies. Or else why would Chu YanYu blossom into a black lotus flower while Jing-wang, this tyrant character, actually be a big scoundrel who loved to eat Li Yu’s tofu. He even had to kiss Li Yu while Li Yu was eating. How was he supposed to live like this! ZX26Qp

Not to mention, the kiss was right in front of Ye-shizi and the JinJue princes– Li Yu’s self comfort abilities couldn’t even keep up with the speed at which Jing-wang was bullying him. The JinJue Princess was engrossed in eating just like he was, who knows if she saw or not. However, Ye-shizi’s wide-eyed look, like he just got struck by lightning clearly said that he definitely saw it. QQQ How…how was Li Yu supposed to face people in the future!

Big scoundrel!

Li Yu raised his arm and angrily wiped at his mouth which had been kissed by the scoundrel. Both eyes round and glaring, sparks flying everywhere!

When he panicked before, he kicked, hit, and also regretted. He couldn’t panic again. At the same time, he also couldn’t get physical. TBOFYd

Not to mention, honestly speaking, getting physical was no use. Jing-wang was taller and stronger than him. He could pick Li Yu up like picking up a baby chicken, QQ!

Seeing how Li Yu wanted to explode, yet had no choice but to endure it, Jing-wang couldn’t help but laugh faintly.

Perhaps Xiao Yu hasn’t even discovered himself, but he was becoming more and more used to Jing-wang’s intimate actions.

The JinJue Princess and Ye QingHuan were both unfamiliar with Li-gongzi. In order to save the atmosphere and expel the awkwardness, Ye QingHuan made peace and suggested Li Yu to introduce himself.

evads

With a flush that hasn’t dissipated on his face, Li Yu simply said his name and age.

When Ye QingHuan learned that Li-gongzi’s name was “Yu,” he finally realized. Jing-wang, this person, not only liked fish and was obsessed with fish, he even found someone who’s name had fish inside it. Looks like Jing-wang not only won against him, he left Ye QingHuan behind 18 blocks away.

Ye QingHuan had a faint smile on his face, but inside he wanted to grind his teeth.

When the JinJue Princess learned that Li-gongzi normally helped Jing-wang raise fish, don’t even mention how happy she was. CfOd0

“Li-gongzi, can you bring Xiao Yu to my estate to play next time?”

Although the JinJue princess couldn’t convince Jing-wang, the smart little princess can tell, Li-gongzi can be won over!

Li Yu dry laughed awkwardly twice. How was he supposed to bring himself to the princess’s place? Forget it!

There’s no place like home. Li Yu didn’t want to go anywhere. bojwdT

Because of the addition of two more people, the food on the table was no longer enough. Ye QingHuan ordered another dish of stewed beef radish. The princess ordered a bowl of mutton meatball soup. The restaurant made them very quickly and sent them over.

Accompanying these two dishes, they also sent two entire plates of green cilantro and green onions. Ye QingHuan and Jing-wang both didn’t like them, but the princess and Li Yu, one liked the cilantro while the other liked green onions. In silent agreement, the two people divided up these two dishes and cleaned the plates. Because of this, they looked at each other like they encountered a fellow comrade, exchanging knowing smiles. Their relationship as foodie friends was established just like this.

Jing-wang, who suddenly felt like he couldn’t carry the crystal bottle any longer: “……”

The JinJue princess was a very friendly person. Adding in her relationship with Ye QingHuan, she already placed Li Yu into familiar terms. During idle chatter, she learned of Li Yu’s encounter with the dishonest merchant. Furrowing her elegant brows, she said indignantly: “How preposterous. How can my JinJue have such a person!” 9XySwj

With the Princess’s delicate scolding, immediately two guards disguised as servants entered and accepted the Princess’s order to go teach the dishonest merchant a lesson.

“That’s right. That’s the logic.” The princess clapped her hands with a smile: “Li-gongzi, just let my people go deal with it. Don’t worry about this.” dyfiOc

Li Yu knew that he couldn’t easily persuade these two people. He unconsciously looked at Wang Xi for help. Wang-gonggong also firmly approved of teaching the merchant a lesson personally, but Li-gongzi was also his highness’s darling; it was hard to refuse him. With a brilliant idea, Wang Xi said: “It’s all up to the master.”

Wang Xi’s master– his highness Jing-wang was currently holding a cup of hot tea and drinking calmly. He’s been listening to everything Ye QingHuan and the JinJue Princess had said, but never expressed anything.

Li Yu felt somewhat surprised. Normally, even if his hand was squeezed a little tightly by gold chains, Jing-wang would personally take care of it for him. How come this time, Jing-wang had no response?

Li Yu: “…….” dRpoe6

Li Yu felt ashamed for what he just thought. Did he succumb to Jing-wang’s poison or something? Why did he think that it should be right and proper for Jing-wang to get revenge for him!

In reality, Jing-wang was Jing-wang. Li Yu was Li Yu. If Jing-wang didn’t want to step in, he can’t be held accountable anyways.

Jing-wang clearly didn’t want to get involved. Li Yu can’t dissuade the Princess and Ye-shizi. Therefore, he could only watch wide-eyed as the guards went to follow their orders.

Not long afterwards, the guards returned with strange looks on their faces. They brought back a piece of news. Just now, that dishonest merchant was injured and had to be carried away. The guards asked around. They heard that the dishonest merchant was taking a stroll and had a cloth sack thrown over his head. Then he was pushed into an alleyway and beat up. His head swelled up like a pig’s head. All of his teeth were broken and his jaw was dislocated as well, making him unable to speak. It was pretty much impossible for him to cheat and swindle again in the future. EZmSx9

“…….that black merchant must have screwed too many people over and received retaliation.”

Ye QingHuan felt extremely satisfied, however, the princess felt somewhat regrettable because it wasn’t her people who did it.

“If you meet this kind of merchant next time, be sure to tell me.” The princess said after thinking briefly.

Ye QingHuan, Li Yu: “…….” GzKseu

Appreciative, Li Yu said humbly with cupped hands: “Many thanks, Princess, Shizi.”

Jing-wang’s gaze has never left Li Yu. When Li Yu said this thanks, Jing-wang looked like he was blasted in the face by cold wind.

Jing-wang got up and pushed down Li Yu’s cupped hands.

Ye QingHuan knew Jing-wang since they were younger. Pretty much understanding Jing-wang’s temperament, he said with a smile: “TianChi, don’t be so petty.” T06gVR

Jing-wang very straightforwardly shot him a sideways glare and pulled Li Yu to leave.

Li Yu figured that his transformation duration was almost up and he still needed to save some time for the journey back. Unable to stay any longer, he very reluctantly said his goodbyes to the Princess and Ye QingHuan.

The Princess said with a smile: “Li-gongzi, I’m about to get married to Ye QingHuan soon. When the time comes, you should come drink our celebratory wine.”

The JinJue Princess and Ye QingHuan’s celebratory wine– agAmrf

Heart palpating with eagerness, Li Yu recalled the ending to the JinJue Princess in the original novel. This princess was married off to the 6th Prince by the Emperor. The 6th Prince’s whole family was punished later by Jing-wang. The JinJue princess was also punished by association and banished to a bitter cold place, unable to return to JinJue for the rest of her life.

Jing-wang was only displacing his anger for the 6th Prince. Now Ye QingHuan was fine and dandy. The little princess was also almost about to get married to Ye QingHuan. This meant that she probably wouldn’t end up being punished for angering Jing-wang, right?

Looks like a transmigrated fish like himself can still do plenty of good things.

For some unknown reason, Jing-wang didn’t reveal to Ye QingHuan that Li Yu was the person who sent the letter back then. However, Li Yu didn’t mind. He didn’t need Ye-shizi to feel deeply grateful towards him. However, to be able to see two people that he directly/indirectly saved settle down together and get married, Li Yu felt extremely self-accomplished. WOQCAa

“Okay. Many thanks for the invitation. I will definitely go.” Li Yu said with a smile and carefully nodded his head.

On the way back to the Jing estate, the carriage traveled very fast and started to bump and sway again.

Li Yu wasn’t the stupid fish as before. This time when the carriage swayed, he dug his fingers tightly into cracks of the wooden planks inside the carriage. Like this, no matter how hard the carriage swayed, he wouldn’t bump into the person sitting across from him.

Meanwhile, upon discovering that Li Yu would rather grab tightly onto a wooden plank than bump into him, Jing-wang’s eyes dimmed and became more unreadable. B3pmKs

Some things… had to be spoken.

Li Yu arranged his thoughts for a moment and then said: “Your highness, can I discuss something with you?”

Stiffening all over, Jing-wang clenched his jaw tightly.

Before Jing-wang declined, Li Yu scrambled to say: “I know that this trip to the marketplace was actually something you asked Wang-gonggong to arrange.” KHStbI

“I already thanked the princess and Ye-shizi. I also need to thank you. Thank you for bringing me out to have fun and always taking care of me, as well as many other things. I……” Li Yu lowered his head and struggled to calm his thoughts, doing his best to say in an unperturbed tone: “I already used a lot of time to think calmly about the fact that you like me.”

“But every time, I’m always interrupted by you.” Li Yu chuckled lightly briefly, feeling rather incredulous himself.

“You are always right in front of me, wholeheartedly treating me well, making me happy, and also making me worry about the future. I clearly wasn’t like this before……”

Li Yu didn’t know what was wrong with him these last days. An open-minded and outgoing boy can sometimes be even more sensitive than a girl. He instinctively felt like he should only like Jing-wang similar to how a pet liked its master. This kind of like wasn’t love. But now that the human formed him was also pampered all day by Jing-wang, it actually became somewhat hard to differentiate. Iu3mgy

Even though he tried to remain calm these last few days, he didn’t manage to learn anything. Should he continue to remain quiet, all the way until he obtained some kind of result?

Li Yu felt like it was extremely possible that he was actually trying to avoid the answer.

Chrysanthemum Garden.

Because the thing between himself and Jing-wang, has long become far more complicated than simply like or not like.

Fundamentally, he was someone from the modern era. He knew that a man could like another man and never rejected interacting with Jing-wang like that. Sometimes he even thought that he, a person who liked looking at beautiful men, might be bi. Or perhaps, he was simply gay. His sexuality wasn’t the issue. The issue was that Jing-wang was a character in a novel while Li Yu was a real person. Jing-wang was a tyrant. He was a fish. Even though the distance between them had nothing to do with sexuality, it was still thousands of miles apart. x1snmB

But despite the thousands of miles, it also wasn’t something especially easy to give up.

“Sorry, your highness.” Struggling for a while, Li Yu still decided to say it out loud. He can’t always keep silent. It’d make him seem too scummy.

He still wanted to give himself a little more time, hoping that time would force himself to make the decision that he couldn’t make right now.

“You treat me very well, your highness. Can you give me more days and let me think more carefully about our relationship. I… I don’t know, I–” Kq5kmU

Jing-wang looked at him deeply. Before Li Yu said any more chaotic words of rejection, he suddenly moved violently closer.

With a bang, Li Yu was shoved against the wall of the carriage. The carriage gave a heavy shake, but Li Yu didn’t feel any pain at all. Jing-wang’s arm encircled his body and cushioned his back, absorbing all of the force from the blow for him.

This man’s handsome face reflected in Li Yu’s pupils, coming closer and closer. Li Yu swallowed down all of the words he didn’t manage to finish saying. Almost as if he knew what the other was about to do, he grudgingly closed his eyes.

But after waiting for a long time, Jing-wang only hugged him, nothing else. Li Yu opened his eyes again and discovered that Jing-wang was looking at him with a smile. 0i6lDh

Li Yu was furious. The big scoundrel was actually teasing him!

And he… he actually thought that Jing-wang was going to kiss him just now!

Face heating up, Li Yu subconsciously went to struggle free. Jing-wang embraced him even tighter. When Li Yu was about to turn his head stubbornly away, Jing-wang placed a light kiss on his forehead, like placating him.

Li Yu: “…….” fWwTQ

Li Yu remembered a saying that he heard from somewhere he can’t remember. A forehead kiss meant innocent, pure love.

Jing-wang, he…… he likes me. Li Yu’s heart beat rapidly.

Jing-wang turned Li Yu’s extremely flushed face straight.

They were extremely close again. Jing-wang’s pitch black eyes seemed to hold some kind of magic, making Li Yu feel like he was being completely sucked in, unable to escape. w0JUml

Jing-wang finished kissing his forehead. Then his lips rubbed against Li Yu’s nose. Last, they stopped a centimeter away from Li Yu’s lips.

The two of them quietly embraced in the narrow small carriage, breaths intermingling, close enough that even each other’s eager heartbeats could be heard.

Story translated by Chrysanthemum Garden.

Li Yu clearly knew what the other planned to do. If he wanted to avoid it, it wasn’t impossible.

But he didn’t. In this moment, he astonishingly discovered that he was also really hoping that the other would kiss him. lPSbC3

When Jing-wang finally gave him the earth shattering kiss, Li Yu let out a heavy sigh internally.

His first reaction towards Jing-wang’s intimate action towards him was no longer thoughtlessly pushing it away. Instead, it was a slight hint of shyness. Even if there was annoyance, it was only worry that others would see them, fear that others would criticize or gossip, afraid that……

Li Yu was afraid of many, many things and he got angry easily. Still, Jing-wang was the only person he wouldn’t actually get angry with. He was even waiting for him.

What to do? He seemed… to have really started liking him. B2wdSO

When Jing-wang kissed him, internally, Li Yu felt like he was sitting on a small boat, swaying back and forth. This kind of feeling… was probably the so-called liking someone, right?

金窝银窝不如景王府的狗窝. The phrase here directly translates to “Gold house, Silver house, neither compares to Jing Estate’s dog house.”

Translator's Note

I don’t know how else to describe this gesture, but you see it in Chinese shows a lot. One hand on top of the other and then push forward

  1. Hmmm, I thought in the og novel, JinJue princess was killed and Ye-shizi was framed? Or maybe I need to re-read 🧐

    But omg! Finally! ♥️

      • Ohhh, thanks for confirming! I got confused because in this chapter, it got changed to the princess married 6th prince and was punished in the end 🥲 maybe the author overlooked 😅

        • I went to look it up again because I remembered I was very confused when I was translating as well. In chapter 23, it said that in the original novel, the 2nd Prince had planned to frame YQH for killing the JinJue Princess, and then when his family get into big trouble, he’ll persuade the Emperor to save YQH (and thus YQH’s family would support him to return the life debt). However, the 6th Prince got wind of the 2nd Prince’s scheme and basically messed with it so that the Emperor’s youngest daughter ended up dying instead of the JinJue Princess.

So YQH was framed for killing the Emperor’s daughter in the end. If the JinJue Princess had died, the Emperor could have smoothed it over and let YQH off, but because the Emperor’s own daughter died, the Emperor ended up killing YQH and exiling his entire family. So yea, in the og novel, the JinJue Princess survived the scheme and ended up marrying the 6th Prince.

          • Omg!!! Okay I’m the one who overlooked the details and needs to reread. 😆 thank you so much for this, Infinite!! 💚💚💚💚

  2. OMG!!! Finally our Yuyu has grown up and realized his feelings! Mom is proud of you☺️.

    Thanks for the chapter 💖.

  3. THIS WAS SO SWEET, I 100% love how in this story MC isn’t like “I’m not gay~” or “I’m into girls but I’m only gay for you” he’s like “well I might be gay, doesn’t matter, what matters is OTHER THINGS..”
