But – going to my comment before about the other couples… I didn’t
think the author really took it at face value – that all females in Xue
Country (Feng and Tang inclusive) could not compare to the strong male
chromosome!! I cry for the dynasty.. all that hard work and no heir. The
late Xue Emperor for sure was the last one to have so many male heirs
(which they each fought among themselves) and the survivors all had a
Autosomal dominant gay gene with strong hereditary penetrance, down to
uncles and siblings.. where will Xue Pei pick a successor? 😭 (A bit let down by the extras…)
