The Emperor and His ThiefCh64 - The First…

Lin Xiao had thought that the show would go on longer but he didn’t expect that the Emperor only gave a few sentence to Bai Chenyi before pulling him along to the carriage.

He didn’t even recover from his shock until they got into the huge carriage and that he was seated on the cushioned seat. The inside of the carriage was spacious, and if Lin Xiao wanted to, he could lay down on the floor comfortably. But the moment the Emperor sat down beside him, the carriage suddenly feels cramped. Qin Yijun ordered the coach to start moving, and after a slight jolt, Lin Xiao could feel how the carriage move against the uneven streets. There was an awkward silence between the two and Lin Xiao wanted nothing more than to just jump out and run. ‘After all… with all these guards, the Emperor should be safe, right? What’s more, there was actually six shadow guards with him! I couldn’t even sense the other two, so their martial arts should be higher than mine…’ he thought to himself.

“Earlier, were you dissatisfied?”

Chrysanthemum Garden.

While he was still musing, he heard the Emperor suddenly asking him question.

“Huh?” was all he could get out of his mouth as he was confused to what the Emperor was referring to. 4BCiJo

“When Li Sunxun… said that you would’ve been better…” Qin Yijun trailed off, not wanting to finish the sentence.

“No… Lin Xiao truly does not know what Houye was talking about,” Lin Xiao replied.

“Lin Xiao… you are not allowed to lie before Zhen,” Qin Yijun said as he gazed into Lin Xiao’s eyes.

It was only then did Lin Xiao realize that the Emperor actually has double pupil. ‘Indeed worthy to be the son of heaven…’ Lin Xiao thought to himself as he unknowingly became mesmerised by those eyes.

It took him a moment before finally catching himself and turning away from the Emperor.

“Hm? Why not ask? Zhen will answer,” Qin Yijun replied.

“Why is it that talking about bad and slandering Xinglan Wang is punishable by death? And yet… everyone in the capital seems to say that he had done bad thing. He had already been missing for two years so he should be as good as dead—!” 4K9Wod

“Li Fangming is not dead,” Qin Yijun suddenly said in a soft whisper, leaving whatever it was Lin Xiao had wanted to say, stuck on his throat. “Even if it is you, Zhen will not allow you to say it, Ming-er…”

The moment the name got past Qin Yijun’s lips and into Lin Xiao’s ear, Lin Xiao could feel his heart skipped a beat. From within his soul, he suddenly felt warmth that he could not explain. pw4mqt

But at the same time, there was also a sense of denial. The Xinglan Wang that the Emperor  is calling out to, has died when he lost his memories. Right now, he is Lin Xiao. Even his own family had thrown him away, why should he return to the past?

“Your Majesty,” Lin Xiao spoke up. “I am not Li Fangmi—nngh!” Lin Xiao had only wanted to tell the Emperor that he was not Li Fangming when he felt a soft lips pressed against his, sealing his sentence.

Time seemed to have stopped for Lin Xiao as he stared into the Emperor’s narrowed eyes. “Not allowed to say it…” when the Emperor spoke, Lin Xiao could feel the lips against his move.

Lin Xiao could only continue to stare at Qin Yijun with disbelief. On the other hand, Qin Yijun who had been abstaining for a long time, suddenly felt a huge wave of desire bubbling inside him. MukKfI

“Your Majesty, is everything alright?” the voice of one of the guards could be heard from the outside, surprising both occupants within the carriage. The guards didn’t know what had transpired, and only knew from Bai Chenyi that they are to escort the Emperor and his guest to the inner district.

Lin Xiao was panicking, fearing that the guard might suddenly open the door of the carriage and saw their ambiguous position. He was just about to move away from the accidental kiss when he felt something wet ran across his lips.

Chrysanthemum Garden.

He let out a surprised gasp and as soon as he did, he felt wet tongue went past his lips and started to plunder every inch of his mouth.

‘Tongue Kiss?!’ was all Lin Xiao could think of in his mind as he began to struggle against the kiss. But no matter how hard he struggled, the Emperor did not budge and even easily subdued him. PYwLrQ

Qin Yijun was like someone who had been in the desert for few days without water and had only found an oasis. He succumbed into his desire as he continued to kiss the other.

As time passed, Lin Xiao was slowly running out of breath. He knew that he had to do something or else, he would truly be devoured by the Emperor. Then, a name flashed in his mind. He knew it was his only bet so he struggled harder and as soon as his lips is free, he gasped for air.

He saw how the Emperor’s lips was about to descend on his again so he quickly turned his face to the side to avoid it. “Your Majesty! Wai-Nnh!” Lin Xiao closed his eyes as he felt sharp pain on his neck followed by a light suck. Then the Emperor’s hand started to move lower, feeling him through his clothes. The lips moved slightly lower and Lin Xiao suddenly feels danger, especially when he felt his collar was being pulled apart. Lin Xiao paled at the thought of being eaten by this man before him.

He had just caught his breath when his lips was once again claimed by the other’s hungry lips. “Mmph! Ha-h… no… J-Jun…” Lin Xiao managed to get the name out of his lips. The effect was almost instantaneous. He felt the Emperor froze and was gazing at him with disbelief. h6JBig

“Ming-er? You—!”

Lin Xiao took the chance when the Emperor was still in daze to push him away. By now, the carriage has long stopped under the order of the guard from before. The guard was worried that something had happened to the Emperor when he didn’t hear any response from inside.

The guard was just about to open the door to the carriage when it was suddenly kicked open from the inside. The guard’s face was hit, and he took a several step back while rubbing his pained face. The rest of the guards had now surrounded the carriage and ready to attack if anything dangerous were to happen.

Not long after, Lin Xiao jumped down from the carriage. His clothes in disorder, face red and a hand covering his lips. Just from his figure alone, anyone with eyes could imagine what had happened inside the carriage. Especially with that bright, red mark on his neck. Even so, no one dared to voice it out. Not when the other party inside the carriage is the Son of Heaven. v9jSVb

Lin Xiao noticed that he had become the center of everyone’s attention and only then did he realized the state he was in. He quickly corrected his clothes and scanned the area. The guards surrounded the carriage, few of them had gotten off from their horses. He then picked the closest horse from his spot, and rushed over.

The guards moved to stop him, only to be halted by the Emperor’s order coming from within the carriage. “No one is allowed to harm him. Just let him go,” he said as he slowly got off of the carriage.

Lin Xiao naturally heard this, but he was not thankful for this act of ‘mercy’. Instead, he felt even more ashamed. Especially when he thought how weak he was compared to the Emperor when the other could easily subdue him. He hopped onto the saddle and the horse broke into a gallop as soon as Lin Xiao ordered it to, not even looking back at Qin Yijun.

“Yi, Er… follow him,” Qin Yijun said as he watched Lin Xiao’s figure disappeared into the distance. Only after making sure that the two shadow guards did as they were told did Qin Yijun felt a slight relief. 7N04mP

“Make haste return to the Imperial Palace,” the Emperor said out loud, before he entered the carriage again. The door to the carriage was soon closed, and they once again started their journey back to the inner district, and into the Imperial Palace.
