I don’t consiter what Jeongju said a full, sincere apology. It came across as an “I’m sorry, but …” apology. “I’m sorry, but if you hadn’t done the thing that caused me to yell at you I won’t have yelled at you.” Asking for Jaegyeom’s side of the story would have shown that he realised he was wrong since that’s what he should have done before he told him off.
