If I were Qin Zhou, I would think Lin Yi has the 16-8 Monster.
Lin Yi is actually a monster. He slipped past the Unnatural University to the real world and, for whatever reason, pretend to be a human by sealing his memories and took two dead people (his victims, the university’s students) to pretend as his parents.
