   I thought since everyone around LT seems to accept same sex marriage, the world in this novel also did but that def is not the case.

   So at first I was like nnoooooo why didn’t you say husband or boyfriend? I would have been upset if I was Chuhan. But then we find out about the terrible treatment LT experienced and understand his response. I guess I should’ve had more faith in LT. That “friend” needs to realize they are no longer friends and LT doesn’t need to catch up or anything with him!
