  2. Out of curiousity, am I the only one who gets the feeling that the Zhong family are the reincarnated Uchiha main family? It’s not outside the realm of possibility that a Japanese family would be reincarnated into a different country (such as China). I mean, granted, it’s also a completely different world, and the odds of a family being reincarnated together aren’t high; but Zhong Jiabin feels like Uchiha Itachi, Yibin like Sasuke, and Father Zhong feels so much like Fugaku. I enjoy their dynamic; but the similarities nean that I just keep thinking of them as reincarnated Uchihas.

    IDK, just something random that pops into my head from time to time while reading this. It’s my second time reading this, and both times I keep having the same thought.

    Also – this story is awesome, and very well translated! Thank you!

  6. This is honestly one of my favorite chapters in this novel. It shows how Jiabin really cares about Yibin, not only is he teaching him how to stand up for himself but he is there in times of need 🥺🫶🏻
