Then he put a finger to his ear mic, asking, “Has everyone revived yet? Our base should have enough energy now, just buy two units of ammunition for siege vehicles. Let’s get ready to break through the city.”
After a moment, Xu Qingqing’s astonished voice sounded through the headset, “Qiu ge, don’t tell me you’ve robbed the enemy jungle’s mutant beast again?!”

I think 长刀 meant ‘changdao’ or otherwise known as a long saber. A type of chinese weapon that was a two-handed, single-bladed that’s like a mix of a long-sword and a knife. It was like Japanese katana without the curve and was typically heavier. It’s prominent moves involves hacking and slashing. It was not as flexible as a long sword, nor as light and fast as a katana, but the attacks are heavier and more damaging.
